This is not a research paper, so APA formatting and citations are not required. The minimum page requirement should be based on covering all the guidelines in the FAA AC 120-82D document, rather than focusing on a specific page count. Develop the plan using critical and creative thinking skills to demonstrate your understanding and application of the SMS concepts covered in this course. Tips for Success: This project is worth 40% of your grade, so start working on it early. Create the basic structure of your document early in the course, and gradually begin filling in the sections as the course progresses. You have the luxury of an unlimited virtual budget!
