  • Discussion

Discuss what specifically motivates you at work or at school. Think specifically about a time where you really put a lot of energy into a task. Why did you work so hard? What do you think you were striving for (what reward/outcome)? Discuss what happened at the end of the event…did you achieve the goal, did you get the expected reward? After considering the outcomes, what happened to your motivation on the task that immediately followed this task?

The purpose of your discussion is to help you examine key organizational behavior concepts that you have encountered in the past, and will certainly encounter again in the future. Please discuss what you are thinking because there are no “right” or “wrong” answers. Your discussion will be graded on the depth to which you explore the concept (this means you must INCLUDE concepts from the text and develop these concepts into your discussion).

    • Your initial response should be “your” experience with the prompt. Connect back to key chapter concepts and outside research. In-text citations (APA 7th ed) are expected.
  • Hypothesis & Literature Review

Students must submit their hypothesis and framework, complete with an introduction and literature review, by the end of Week 4.

    • A literature review should include 5-10 pages of seminal and contemporary research on the existing state of affairs. Depending on the nature and scope of a particular project, the following items may or may not be applicable:
    • Organizational or societal background
    • History, inflection points, structure, etc.
    • Common obstacles
    • Market saturation or competition
    • Relevant demographic data
    • Recent research
    • The problem you are solving for a particular market segment
    • A hypothesis will synthesize existing research and propose a solution, strategy, or business plan to address the organizational or societal growth opportunity
  • HR plan Organizational

  • The impact of AI adoption on administrative efficiency in he…

Hi Paul, I hope everything is going well. Im reaching out to ask for your support with my MPA dissertation, and Id like to share the details with you. This is a dissertation of around 12,000 words, focusing on “The impact of AI adoption on administrative efficiency in healthcare organisations in Saudi Arabia”. Please let me know if this scope and topic work for you, and Id be happy to move forward accordingly. Ive attached the “Research Project Topic” and the “Research Proposal” for your reference. Ive also included the “Assessment Brief” file, which gives a clear overview of the assessment requirements and tasks. Just to note, the research project topic has already been approved by the supervisor, and the proposal was developed based on this approved topic. Id also like to mention that both the topic and the proposal were initially developed with the support of AI tools. I provided the key ideas and main points that reflect the core focus of the research, and the tools were used only to help with the early drafting. FYI, Please dont copy the introduction, abstract, or any text directly from these documents, as the final submission must fully comply with the universitys academic integrity policies and be completed without the use of AI tools. One of the points discussed with the supervisor was the need to focus on one theoretical framework only. The proposal currently suggests using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), but youre free to proceed with this model or suggest an alternative if you feel it fits the research better. Ive also attached a separate file titled Links to Potentially Relevant Reports and Studies, which includes links to key reports from relevant health authorities and the Saudi Health Sector Transformation Program. These are meant to support the initial background reading on AI use cases and digital health transformation, and you can use them if you find them helpful. Lastly, the format, style guidelines, and referencing requirements are explained in the final pages in the “Research Proposal” file. All references should follow the Harvard referencing style. Let me know if you need anything clarified Im confident in your ability to deliver high-quality work, which is why I wanted to reach out to you directly. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks in advance

Global ProTech HR Presentation: Discrimination in the Workplace

The director of HR for Global ProTech has asked you, as an experienced HR manager, to create a presentation on discrimination in the workplace to share with other HR professionals across the organization. She knows you are passionate about defending protected classes not only because you have the best interest of the organization in mind but also because you are committed to helping every employee thrive and grow professionally. You feel strongly that including information about the law and regulatory environment as well as actual case summaries will help bring an authenticity to the presentation that will serve to engage employees throughout the company. Working together, this is the outline on which you have decided.

Note: The director is excited about your plan and asks that you keep the slides crisp (i.e., not overloaded with wording) and include detailed speaker notes so those who cannot attend the presentation can also benefit. She reminds you that part of modeling professionalism is including specific citations throughout the presentation and on dedicated slides at the end of the presentation.

Everything that is needed on each slide is listed in the template in the notes section.
