  • Business ethics essays

    (Revise and edit these essays according to the instructions.).

    Four essays are due as part of the Unit Two deliverables. For each topic area studied during Unit Two, select one question to answer (in essay form) from the question alternatives (in the document below).

    After you make your selections concerning which questions you will respond to:

    • Copy the entire question you are responding to at the beginning of your response;
    • Adhere to the word count guidelines for each essay;
    • Include a reference list with EACH essay (including all of the sources, Internet materials, and ChatGPT search prompts you used to compose your essays);
    • Make sure you include the required textbook for the course on EACH reference list (since the required textbook for the course will necessarily inform all of your essay compositions);
    • Use the typical college essay format for your essays (double-spaced text with new paragraphs indented); and
    • Use
    • to format your reference lists. Again, be sure to include a reference list (including the required textbook for the course) with EACH essay.

    Note: The standard college essay format typically follows a five-paragraph structure, although longer essays may require more paragraphs. The five-paragraph structure consists of:

    1. Introduction: The introduction should include a thesis statement that presents the main argument or idea of the essay. It should also provide some background information on the topic and grab the reader’s attention.
    2. Body paragraphs: The body paragraphs should support the thesis statement with evidence and analysis. Each paragraph should have a topic sentence that relates to the thesis statement, and the evidence and analysis should support that topic sentence.
    3. Conclusion: The conclusion should summarize the main points of the essay and restate the thesis statement in a new way. It should also leave the reader with something to think about, such as a call to action or a final thought.

    After you complete your essays, please upload your work via this “Assignments” forum (either in one document or as four separate uploads).

  • Major Project- Leadership Plan

    It is imperative in understanding leadership, to know who you are as a leader; this will enable you to lead followers, but also to aid other leaders in their journeys, thus you are developing a scholarly paper that is your personal Leadership Plan.

    This plan should include an analysis of your leadership:

    1. In the context of the five leadership behaviors (Kouzes & Posner)
    2. The results and analysis of your
    3. (Dellavecchio)
    4. A self-assessment of who you are as a Christian leader (Engstrom, 1978)
    5. And finally, a self-assessment of your leadership in light of Biblical principles
    6. The plan should also include your observed strengths and weaknesses, along with the steps for you as a leader to move forward

    This project is graded using the ‘Major Project Rubric’.

    This project should be 4000 words (+/- 10%) excluding the title page and references, and must be written in APA. An abstract is not required for this project.

  • Case Disney KT

    Contrary to business strategy, which focusres on the creation of competitive advantages for a business, corporate strategy is concerned with the allocation of resources and risks/returns across multiple business. As discussed in Chapters 8 and 9 of the textbook, diversification and its successful implementation are at the center of corporate. Disney is not only one of the most renowned companies worldwide; it is also a great company to study the effective implementation and complexities of corporate strategy.

    Read the following article:

    After reading the appended article about Disney’s corporate strategy (make sure to read Chapters 8 and 9 of the textbook first), complete an analysis addressing the following questions:

    1. Describe how Disneys businesses are integrated. Why does integration work so well for Disney and not for other companies? Can you think of any other companies that follow a similar strategy?
    2. How are technological changes likely to influence Disneys businesses in the future? Which businesses are most susceptible to these changes? How can Disney remain profitable amidst technological change?
    3. If you had money to invest, would you buy Disney stock? Why or why not?

    Your analysis should be presented as a Word document, 3 pages max (excluding appendices and references), single-spaced, New York Times 12-point font.

    Refer to the appended rubric for detailed expectations on this case analysis:
