  • CSR and Its Importance to the Companys Future Viability

    In your presentation,

    • Explain the importance of adopting a CSR strategy to the company, including how it can positively impact the triple bottom line and its future sustainability.
    • Evaluate the impact of CSR on market and nonmarket stakeholders.
    • Provide an overview of the state of the industry, including an analysis of a competitors strengths and weaknesses in CSR initiatives.
    • Present at least one equity issue that you will address for the board.
    • Describe at least two CSR initiatives to be implemented.
    • Explain why your CSR initiatives going forward are critical to long-term viability of the company.
    • Identify the potential for negative ramifications from not adopting a CSR strategy.
