I would like it to have all the same information and I want it to all stay on one page, but I can’t seem to do it. I’m not sure if it’s the format or the layout, but I would really like to add some things like the fact that I went to the EdCo 2026 Educational Conference Rims Atlanta Chapter and some of my interests : Endurance Sports & Personal Fitness Holistic Health & Well-Being Health Education & Lifestyle Optimization Volunteerism & Civic Engagement

    Assignment Overview

    Understanding the negotiation process and negotiation strategies are critical managerial skills, as part of the methods of conflict resolution. Based on the assigned background readings, this Case allows you to articulate your understanding of negotiation process and strategy, as well as the human behavioral factors that can affect both process and outcome.

    Case Assignment

    After completing the required readings:

    1. Articulate the process of negotiation in the workplace. What (specifically) does the process involve, start to finish, once a conflict has been identified?
    2. Explain each of the human decision processes that may affect negotiations, including (but not limited to): cognitive biases, personality, motivation, emotion/moods, trust, reputations/relationships, gender, and culture. Please use subheadings within the Case to show where each is discussed.

    Instructions/Suggestions for your Research paper:

    No fewer than 4 full pages, no more than 6. Students may choose their own topic, however, The instructor will provide a list of recommended research paper topics. Students are encouraged to consult with the instructor for their individual topic selection, title editing, and the search for academically valid sources. You must have at least 10 separate sources outside of your text.

    The topic and title will be approved by the instructor by the end of week 4. Late submission may influence the ultimate term paper grade. After the end of week 5, any change of the topic or a modification of the title will be approved by the instructor. After the end of week 6, the topic cannot be changed; for minor editing of the title, after the end of week 5, consult your instructor.

    Papers must include a reference page of at least ten separate current scholarly resources (Wikipedia is not considered a scholarly resource). MLA or APA format must be used. Also required are a cover sheet and a table of contents. The paper (not including cover page, table of contents, reference page, or appendices) must be a minimum of 4 pages but not more than 6 pages. Use proper grammar and check spelling. Grades will be on quality, not quantity. For their own protection, students are expected to save any original copy on every assignment that is sent to the instructor.

    The term paper preparation and submission will follow two steps:

    a.) The ultimate title of his/her paper relevant to the course subject matter and its learning outcomes.

    b.) A brief thesis/argument paragraph along with a rough outline of the report.

    c.) A list of at least 3 research sources (a preliminary Works-Cited page); it is recommended to use at least one book resource, in addition to the online databases accessible via the library web page and any other academically valid web sources. Wikipedia is NOT an academically valid website.

    By the beginning of week 11, each student will submit a hard copy of the completed report. Please note: Humphreys Library & Learning Center offers both individual and group consultations on college level research writing. They also offer regular workshops on How to Succeed in College that you can earn extra credit for attending. For more information, contact your instructor.

    For your research paper, you can focus on several key areas within Organizational Behavior. Some suggested topics include:

    1) Leadership styles and their impact on organizational performance
    2) Employee motivation and engagement strategies
    3) The role of organizational culture in shaping behavior and performance
    4) Conflict resolution and negotiation within teams
    5) The effects of organizational change on employee behavior
