  • Data inaccuracies and Python libraries for data quality eval…

All organizations expect the analysis of their operations to be accurate and valid. In the module readings, you learned about how the data industry has developed different dimensions that define data quality. You were also introduced to three important Python libraries: pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. In this discussion, you will draw from what you have learned to evaluate the impacts of data inaccuracies on specific industries and the value of Python libraries for evaluating data quality issues. In your initial post, address the following: Identify a specific reason for inaccuracies in data and how it can impact an organization in an industry of your choosing. What are the implications of the data error for that industry? Pick one of the Python libraries you worked with in this module and discuss how it can be used to evaluate data quality issues. Provide an example function that you would use to correct a specific issue with the data set.

  • Physical Security Threats Case Study

This case study builds upon your Unit VII Case Study assignment, which should be reviewed, along with the professors feedback, before completing this assignment. Now that your clients network is up and running, it is time to consider the threats. For the purpose of this assignment, assume the network is located in the area where you currently live (or have lived). First, briefly summarize the three physical threat categories based on your location and what techniques you could use to mitigate them for your clients network: natural threats, human threats, and controlled access threats. Next, discuss how you would secure the wireless communications component to the network. Last, Identify two techniques and/or tools that should be used when developing a system solution for your client. Your case study should be at least 2 pages in length, not counting the title page and reference page. Your paper should be double-spaced, use 12-point size Times New Roman font, and contain one-inch margins. Section headings are encouraged to help organize your paper. Your paper must be written using APA format. You must cite at least one academic source, which can include one of your e-textbooks.

  • Case study

In this scenario, you have been hired as networking consultant by a nonprofit organization that needs to relocate their main office to a new building across town. The new location will consist of 40 users. The organization has a bring-your-owndevice (BYOD) policy, so workers will need both a wired network for their desktop computers and a wireless network for their mobile devices. The network will also consist of one IBMiView Document Center and two HP 4230 LaserJet printers, which need to be networked and accessible using both the wired and the wireless network. Before the physical work can begin, you will need to make several recommendations to the client. Your recommendations should include the elements listed below. Beneficiaries: Write a description of who will derive direct benefit from the project and how they will benefit. Deliverables: Summarize network components of the Windows operating system, then write a description of the computer network hardware necessary to set up the computer network and the necessary software and protocols. Your deliverables will contain the following features: type of NIC (wired or wireless), routers or wireless access points or both, cables and connectors to implement a physical network, any other needed network hardware, physical and logical network topologies, Internet Protocol (IP) version (IPv4 or IPv6) and the reason it was selected, IP address pool for the network, Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and any other network software component. Ensure your case study is at least three pages in length, not counting the title and reference pages. Your paper should be double-spaced, use 12-point Times New Roman font, and contain one-inch margins. Section headings are encouraged to help organize your paper. Your paper must be written using APA format. Cite a minimum of three sources, two of which should be peer-reviewed, academic, or scholarly to support your responses. At least one source should come from the Waldorf Online Library.

  • DATA ANALYTICS CAPSTONE – Flowchart Two

**Must understand R Studio and data analytic models. I am attaching my previous flowchart and notes for reference, along with any other coursework I think may be helpful. I will transfer whatever flowchart is created to draw.io (This assignment does not need to be 3 pages, I set it as that to make the price more fair).

    Helpful resources:

How to build a predictive model – https://eab.com/resources/blog/data-analytics-blog/predictive-modeling-101/

    Baseline models – https://www.openlayer.com/blog/post/baseline-models

    Overview

You have now documented and carried out the initial steps required to build an analytic data set. Now it is time to employ your knowledge of model building from prior coursework and create a plan for constructing a sound, reproducible model to address the business challenge.

    Prompt

Incorporating feedback, as appropriate, from this course thus far and prior courses, map out the process you intend to follow for building your model, paying particular attention to variable selection steps, tests for collinearity, and model fit testing, as appropriate to your analysis.

As in your prior assignment, you will create a flowchart to represent the necessary design steps. Additionally, include appropriate notes to capture the design and explain the necessary details.

If you have any questions after reading through the feedback on this assignment, reach out to your instructor. Remember that your instructor is a resource you should utilize throughout the course.

Make sure to include the following critical elements in your flowchart and notes:

    • Indicate steps for testing collinearity and interactions
    • Indicate steps for identifying variables for the multivariable model
    • Indicate criteria for assessing model fit
    • Indicate steps taken for collecting and storing model output
    • Indicate steps for graphically representing results of model

    What to Submit

Submit your flowchart in whichever flowcharting tool you prefer (e.g., PowerPoint, Draw.io, Word). Include the image of the flowchart along with the written notes as either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF.

  • LLNL Rewrite data science challenge

Please provide a brief statement of interest describing why you would like to participate in this program, and how you would benefit.

    • I want to take part in this program because I am hungry to be challenged in a way that has not yet pushed me to be. As someone with a current background in data analytics, I have learned to make decisions from data, but I have yet to apply what I know to problems that are larger and more complex than anything I have worked on. The value to me of this program is not simply to improve my technical skills. I believe I can benefit from being surrounded by people who think differently from me, which will push me to level up my skills and confidence as a data professional.

What prior experiences, skills (including programming languages), or perspectives have prepared you to be successful in this program?

    • I have built my technical foundation across multiple projects that I believe directly align with this challenge. At ScriptChain Health, I used Python with Pandas and NumPy to clean and process real-world clinical datasets from physicians, identifying patterns in metabolic syndrome data that informed product decisions for an agentic AI platform, which closely mirrors the kind of data exploration and analytical workflows this challenge is centered around. For my Netflix SQL analysis, I used PostgreSQL to write complex aggregations, joins, and window functions across thousands of records to uncover audience behavior and regional content trends, demonstrating my ability to extract meaningful signal from large, unstructured datasets. For my Data Industry Survey project, I designed a full ETL pipeline using Excel Power Query to transform raw survey responses from 630 plus data professionals, then built dynamic Power BI dashboards using calculated measures to visualize salary trends and job market patterns, showing my ability to build end-to-end data workflows from raw input to actionable insight. At MovewithNefergen, I managed backend data infrastructure for 30 plus users, applying structured logic and scalable templating to optimize performance workflows, a skill directly relevant to building reliable data pipelines in a research environment. My technical toolkit includes Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, and Looker Studio, and across every project I have focused not just on analyzing data but on building systems that make insights repeatable and scalable, which is exactly what designing agentic AI pipelines demands.
