I need help creating a professional Microsoft Excel Dashboard (interactive and easy to update) to shortlist the top employees for higher studies like the attached picture but more professional.
My dataset columns are:

Written Report
You should create the usual Excel workbook with the supporting calculations. Then make a short (3 to 5 page including tables and images) written report using Word or an equivalent.
You should submit both your Excel and your Word documents.
The report should be focused and something like an Executive Summary where the most important facts/conclusions are pointed out. And there are some questions posed along the way that you should answer in the report.
But it is not a typical academic-style report. It should of course use good grammar/spelling but don’t get hung up in APA formatting/title sheets, etc.
