    After completing four scenarios of the simulation (sim), reflect on your strategy and respond to the following prompts:

    • Discuss your approach to each of the four scenarios and the change plan you formulated.
    • What seemed to work in each of the four scenarios? What didnt?
    • Discuss any pivots/deviations you made in each of the four scenarios.

    Using information, charts, etc., from the sim to support your analysis is recommended. Review the Course Calendar for specific due dates for this assignment.

    We will focus on change management, incorporating key frameworks and theories into your analysis. A major component of this week is the Change Management Simulation: Power and Influence V3, where you will take on the role of a change agent and navigate four different scenarios. If you’re seeing this announcement and haven’t registered for it yet, please do so (see my last announcement for instructions). You should be able to get in and go once you’re registered.

    Both the Change Management Simulation and the Reflection Paper must be completed for full credit.

    First, As you engage with the simulation, I encourage you to review this weeks readings and resources to help inform your decision-making. The concepts from Kotter and Lewin’s Change Models, resistance to change, and organizational behavior will be particularly useful in shaping your approach. Additionally, the simulation itself provides resources that can help you strategize effectively….take advantage of these to develop a thoughtful approach to each scenario.

    Next, Complete the Change Management Simulation

    • You will run through four scenarios and experiment with different change strategies.
    • Use the data from your simulation results to support your analysis.
    • Take screenshots, use real data from your simulation
    • Reflect on connections between the sim and the week’s course content.

    Finally, submit Your Change Management Simulation & Reflection Paper (Due Day 7/Sunday, 11:59 PM ET)

    • Your paper should be 4-5 content pages in APA format.
    • Discuss your approach to each scenario and the change plan you formulated.
    • Reflect on what worked, what didnt, and any adjustments you made.
    • You may include up to five graphics from your Sim report.
