Healthcare is a data-driven industry that embraces evidence-based decision making. Whether the issue is clinical or administrative, healthcare leaders must analyze problems using logic, established tools, and data. • Present your data analysis via appropriate visualizations of the data. You must create your own data visualizations. Do NOT copy-paste graphs, charts, etc. from external sources.

• Identify evidenced-based solutions that will fix the causes of the problem.
