1. Your paper should be 5-6 pages long (double-spaced, 12 font) not including the references and title page). You should have a reference page of at least eight (8) academic sources, including at least five (5) primary research sources that specifically answer the review question. Use APA format for references and citations. This is the section where you will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of studies (Use discussion 6 and activity 2). Submit a table of the studies as per the matrix development (see discussion 7). The discussion should be like a conclusion portion of an essay paper. It serves as a summary of the body of your literature review and should highlight the most important findings. Your analysis should help you to draw conclusions. In this section, you would discuss any consensus or disagreement on the topic. It can also include any strengths and weaknesses in general of the research area. If you believe there is more to research, you may include that here. Finally, you will need to conclude your paper. At this point, you have put substantial effort into your paper. Close this chapter with a summary of the paper, major findings, and any major recommendations for the profession. In general, your paper should show a sense of direction and contain a definite central idea supported with evidence. The writing should be logical, and the ideas should be linked together in a logical sequence. The ideas need to be put together clearly for the writer and for the reader.

However General Ford tells that the disease kills so fast that would never reach their country. However, an African smuggled monkey carrier of the disease is brought to USA and the customs employee Jimbo Scott unsuccessfully tries to sell the animal. He releases the monkey in the woods and spreads the disease in the beginning of an outbreak in a small town in California. Now Colonel Daniels, his ex-wife and their teams must fight the invisible enemy while Colonel Daniels discovers dark secrets from his superior General Donald McClintock.”

Overview

For your course project, you will be creating a healthcare quality improvement initiative in which you will describe the issue at the outset, the setting, the problem to be solved, the parties affected, and the importance of addressing the issue. You will recommend a concise implementation plan and describe in detail how you plan to evaluate if your implementation was successful.

The first step to completing your course project is to select a healthcare organization that releases public-facing data. In Module Three, you selected an organization and identified a publicly available set of data. For this assignment, you will need to choose an area that needs to be improved, a way to improve it, and a framework to utilize in your quality improvement initiative. You may change your selection of the initiative or the framework in your final project submission, which is due in Module Nine. This assignment helps you focus on this aspect of the final project and also maps to the second learning objective of this module.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

1. Selection of area of improvement: Describe an area of improvement related to your previously selected healthcare organization and its public-facing data that you will utilize for your course project.
2. Selection of method of improvement: Describe the method of improvement that you will utilize in your course project.
3. Selection of framework to use in improvement initiative: Identify which of the four problem-solving frameworks (tracers, root cause analyses [RCA], failure mode effect analysis [FMEA] studies, or plan-do-study-act [PDSA]) you will utilize for your course project by applying it to your improvement initiative.
4. Discuss your selections: Discuss why you selected the area of improvement, method of improvement, and framework.
5. Report sections: Describe the report sections you will include in your course project to describe your healthcare quality improvement initiative in a compelling and informative way.
