I have the written paper but misundertood the assignment and need it converted into a fact sheet. These were instructions provided in an announcement after I started the assignment. Make sure you submit a title page, a one-page fact sheet, and a reference page. Your total assignment should consist of THREE pages. For the factsheet, you can be creative. I would use bullet points or something like that. A factsheet is not a written paper, so please do not submit a written paper in lieu of a factsheet. Google has good examples of fact sheets. The title page and reference page are there already along with the written paper. I just need the written paper converted into a 1 page fact sheet.

Each student will select a policy related to healthcare that was implemented as a result of regulatory or legislative requirements to describe and analyze the policy using the following criteria of the rubric. This is a formal student paper with expectation of 5 or more reference sources with appropriate in-text citations to support each component of the rubric. This paper will be 6-8 pages, excluding title page and references. Remember that the assignment says “policy” but you can think outside the box. You can use an “Act”, “policy”, “program”, “Bill”, etc. references can not be more than 5 years old
