  • Comprehensive History and Physical SOAP Note

This is a SOAP Note that I have started. I basically need someone to finish the SOAP note starting from the Assessment and Plan of the note. Add a title page, Page numbers, in text citation, references. Keep the information that I have on the template. If you need to add to it, fine. This is a 41 year old female that is presented for her Annual Wellness. She is healthy without any problems.

  • SMART GOALS

Identify and write 3 SMART goals that you have for your clinical experience this semester. You will need to write an affective, psychomotor, and cognitive goal to receive full credit on this assignment. If you do not have an assigned clinical preceptor yet you will need to write these goals based upon your desired location of clinical and notate that on the assignment.

    Examples of Personal Goals:

    Affective (Behaviors, values, attitude)

Example: By the end of my clinical experience, I will uphold the standards of ANA nursing ethics by providing high-quality, safe, ethical, respectful patient care.

    _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

    Psychomotor (manual/physical skill)

Example: By the end of my clinical experience, I want to complete one skill I have not performed before with my nursing preceptor in safe and appropriate manner.

    ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

    Cognitive (Knowledge)

Example: By the end of my clinical experience, I want to learn something new by making connections between my theory and actual patient care.

    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I do not have a preceptor site as of yet. My desired location would be

Pediatric ED. Please make sure it’s noted in the assignment!

  • Market Analysis for NP-Led Practice or Service

MODULE 6 Applied Project: Market Analysis for an NP-Led Practice or Service Estimated length: 34 pages (excluding title page and references) Assignment Purpose This assignment evaluates your ability to use population, workforce, and health data to justify the feasibility of an NP-led practice or NP-led service/role. You will analyze community or organizational needs and identify opportunities where nurse practitioner services can improve access, quality, efficiency, or outcomes. Choose one pathway for your analysis: Option A: Independent NP-led practice Option B: NP-led service, program, or role within an existing organization Both approaches are equally acceptable and will be graded using the same rubric. Assignment Overview Using credible demographic, epidemiologic, and workforce data, you will conduct a structured market analysis to identify unmet needs and justify the viability of an NP-led solution. This analysis will serve as a foundational component of your final Strategic Practice Analysis Portfolio. Project Components Part 1 Target Population and Setting Identify and describe: The population you aim to serve (e.g., older adults, rural populations, chronic disease cohort) The geographic area or organizational setting Key characteristics relevant to healthcare delivery (age, socioeconomic factors, access barriers, disease burden) Part 2 Community or Organizational Need Using credible data sources (e.g., census data, public health reports, workforce data), address the following: Describe the healthcare need or service gap Explain why current services are insufficient, unavailable, or misaligned Identify trends that support the need for an NP-led intervention Part 3 Market and Competitive Landscape Analyze: Existing services addressing this need (external competitors or internal alternatives) Availability of providers and services Gaps in access, efficiency, quality, or cost For NP-led services within an organization, you may include internal factors such as workflow inefficiencies, service delays, or underutilized NP roles. Part 4 Feasibility and Opportunity Assessment Discuss factors influencing feasibility, such as: Workforce availability Regulatory or scope-of-practice considerations Organizational readiness (if applicable) Alignment with value-based care or population health goals Part 5 Implications for Business Planning This section should clearly explain how your market analysis informs future business or strategic planning. Address all of the following: Service Design: How does your analysis shape the type of NP-led practice or service proposed? Resource Planning: What implications does this analysis have for staffing, scheduling, or resource allocation? Financial Considerations: How might payer mix, population characteristics, or service demand influence revenue sustainability or cost management? Strategic Fit: Explain how this opportunity aligns with long-term goals such as growth, quality improvement, access expansion, or organizational priorities. Important: This section should demonstrate how data informs decision-making, not simply restate earlier findings. Formatting Requirements 34 pages (excluding title page and references) APA 7th edition Tables and figures allowed Minimum of 3 credible data or scholarly sources Remember that this is a paper–so your writing should reflect thoughtful synthesis of these components. Be sure to include introductory and concluding paragraphs, and in the intro, inform your reader which pathway you are analyzing (NP-led practice, or NP-led service/program). Learning Outcomes Alignment Use market and population data to identify healthcare opportunities Justify NP-led services or practice models using evidence Apply business planning concepts to real-world NP roles Aligned Course Outcomes: CO 1, 3, 5

  • self care

Hi Im sharing some background information about my routine and lifestyle so you can understand what my discussion post should reflect. Please use this only as guidance and write the post in your own words so that it does not resemble the sample I provided.

I work as a nurse in a hospital with a rotating schedule. Typically I complete four consecutive shifts two day shifts followed by two night shifts. After these shifts, I spend several days recovering at home, focusing on rest, sleep, and re-balancing my energy. This recovery period is important for my physical and mental well-being because the schedule can be demanding.

During my days off, I stay active by going to the gym regularly. Physical activity is an important part of my self-care routine and helps reduce stress and maintain energy. I also work part-time in an aesthetic clinic, which provides a different professional environment and contributes to my personal and career development.

Social connection is another important part of my lifestyle. I spend time communicating with friends and maintaining relationships. Many of our conversations involve current events and political issues related to my home country, Iran. Because my family lives there and the situation has been very difficult for them, these topics are deeply personal to me. I talk with friends and family about what is happening, and when possible I participate in peaceful demonstrations and advocacy activities. This involvement is meaningful to my sense of identity and emotional well-being.

Overall, my routine includes balancing demanding clinical work, recovery time, physical fitness, social connection, and engagement with issues that matter to me personally. The discussion post should reflect how these aspects relate to self-care across physical, psychological, and social dimensions. I added the sample to see
