Assignment Overview

Program Evaluation Project Draft 1: The first part of the counseling program evaluation project will be focused on the Needs Assessment. Students will submit what will equate to half of their final paper for this first draft. This first half of the paper will describe in detail a needs assessment for a specific counseling intervention or program of interest to you. You will use the same content developed for course discussions and assignments. Please use the associated Draft 1 Outline and rubric to guide your writing of the paper.

A counseling intervention that I am interested in is (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and (TF-CBT) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Chapter Four provides our first in depth encounter with operant behavior. We shift our focus from the two-term contingency of respondent conditioning to the three-term contingency of operant conditioning.
