Please add to the excel of contact lists for the first 30 names listed in the pdf biographies. You will have to do additional searching to verify their information (linkedin, google, AI, various sites). the status for each individual should be listed as “review”. If you cannot find information from an individual on from the first 30 names, look through the additional names of each biography and populate information for them instead. I have attached the excel you will be adding to and a pdf of a conference with biographies of individuals you will be using to add to the contact list excel. Please search throuroghly, as some of the job positions may have changed for the individual. I have provided an additional excel of an example of how it will look if the individual no longer holds that position listed in the biography.

You are working in the community as a part of the county health department. You are writing from a health perspective as an educator for the community. Select two out of the following four discussion questions for your writing assignment: Why are lifestyle and health behaviors significant for the adult age group compared to other age groups? What can happen to increase the likelihood of older adults utilizing community facilities and services? 2. Describe the pathogen or pathogens that you included in your analysis.

4. Once infected, what are the signs and symptoms in the human host?
5. What years did you query your outbreak analysis from?
6. Describe the trends in incidence over the timeframe that you choose.

The Affordable Care Act was enacted in February of 2010. Acknowledging that the law was controversial and hotly disputed at the time would be a gross understatement. Since the time that the law was debated in Congress, enacted, and its regulations promulgated, bitter debates along mostly partisan lines have ensued. Challenges in the courts have been plentiful.

Despite all of this, the law (including some changes in enforcement) is still law. Please read the following two short articles, along with the Policy Snapshot beginning on page 3 of the Meacham text. Then answer the questions below.

Reflection Questions:

(1) Assuming you are old enough to remember, how did you feel about the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in 2010? Were you supportive of the law or did you disagree with it? If you are too young to have formed an opinion back then think about whether, knowing what you know now, you would have supported the law?

(2) Take a second look at the Charts About Public Opinion. The first chart presented notes that more people have a positive view of the law than did in the past. Why do you think this is true?

(3) Think about the Affordable Care Act in the context of policymaking. That is, think about the problem, potential solutions, and political circumstances that converged to cause health care insurance to rise to the level of a “window of opportunity”. The Policy Snapshot will likely help you to get started on this response, which should be your longest response.

DISCUSSION BOARD ASSIGNMENT

After reviewing the Learning Module materials, including the textbook readings, article about leisure activities/depression and the “When I’m 65” documentary, you’ve learned that there is a strong relationship between health status, lifestyle, and financial security that impacts satisfaction in retirement years. Based upon the issues raised in the module, what are at least 2 things that younger people should consider doing to help them prepare for retirement years? Consider employment decisions, personal financial habits, lifestyle modifications, hobbies, etc. Provide specific examples with rationale from course material to support your points.

Describe the case study. Why is it a public health issue?

How did the issue develop? Answer this question considering your current understanding of microbiology.

Determine the microbe type at play in the case study (archaea, bacteria, etc.). How did you make that determination? Use examples to support your claim.
