    Paper Guide: Washingtons Farewell Address

    Students are to summarize the major points of George Washingtons Farewell Address.

    Papers are to be no more than 3 double-spaced pages (12 pt. font, 1 inch margins). Papers

    should include a title page (not counted in total page number) which includes a title and the

    students name and section PPOG 506-001), professors name and the date the assignment is due

    (all single-spaced at the foot of the cover page. No page number is necessary for the cover page

    or for the first page in the body of the paper. Papers must be stapled or they will not be accepted.

    The assignment is worth 100 points. However, points will be deducted for misspelled

    words, poor grammar, and lack of page numbers and title page.

    • How would the research hypothesis / p value be affirmed in your research question?
    • How would the confidence interval be affirmed in your research question?
