She is contemplating an annual investment of $40 million to increase the weekly labor hours in the North American stores, but before she makes this recommendation, she wants to better understand the cause of the decrease in customer satisfaction. After reviewing the case, you will compile an improvement plan, using the template provided, with the following three sections, including specific examples from the case, as well as relevant citations from the Learning Activities, the Walden Library, and/or other appropriate academic sources to support your analysis. Part 1: Tools for Improvement: Causal Loop Analysis In Part 1 of your improvement plan (pages 24), you are to analyze the customer service issue identified at Starbucks using causal loop analysis. You should address the following: Create a robust causal loop diagram to capture the fundamental system behaviors, outcomes, and causes of the customer service issue at Starbucks. The causal loop diagram should identify with one of the common system archetype patterns, as defined in the Braun article. The diagram should describe fundamental system behaviors and outcomes. Overview

Leading educational systems with innovative ideas can often result in resistance. Whenever leading an educational system, you will have people who will follow your lead and those who do not adjust to change as easily. Everett Rogers has created a diffusion of innovation theory that has been an effective framework for educational systems as they adopt innovative technology (Sahin, 2006). For this assignment, you will focus on how you will lead the different adopter categories Rogers (2003) addresses, which are innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority, and laggards

Instructions

You will create a 510-minute recorded presentation using a presentation tool such as PowerPoint, Sway, Google Docs, Prezi, etc., explaining how you will work with the different adopters from a biblical perspective.

However, this is not a research paper; this is a paper designed to synthesize what you have learned throughout several weeks of this course. Therefore, you are only permitted to use AI tools in proof-reading even this is discouraged, as I will not be grading you on grammar or spelling. Any other use of AI is strictly prohibited.
