Mr Ceglia made claims to having an ownership stake of anywhere from 50% to 84% of Facebook. It is an odd case, it touches on lots of topics including jurisdiction, contracts, and more. I am providing you with links to two sources, but I encourage you to look at more.

    5) Mr Ceglia was found living in Ecuador after running from the US and the US Federal Court System, however Mr Ceglia still lives to this day in Ecuador, what was the logic behind the denial of extradition?
