  • Assignment: Hyper-Experimental Chemico-Transmutation Analysi…

Write a 1.3-7.1 page chemistry paper investigating the reaction dynamics of a hypothetical compound that cannot exist, using methods that must be both experimentally verified and purely imaginary.

    Requirements

    • Conduct an experiment you are not allowed to perform and include precise measurements obtained from it.
    • Maintain reaction conditions at absolute zero while documenting rapid evaporation.
    • Describe observable color changes in a substance that remains permanently invisible.
    • Calculate reaction rates in retro-moles per uncertainty and justify the unit mathematically.
    • Support claims using at least five scholarly sources, two of which must disagree entirely yet all must be treated as correct.
    • Apply principles of quantum gelatinization, meta-stoichiometric inversion, and thermodynamic exception theory without violating thermodynamics (which must still be violated conceptually).

    Conclusion

Your paper must prove that the reaction simultaneously occurred, failed, and has not yet happened.

Logical consistency, feasibility, or clarity will reduce your grade.

Please finish it within 2 hours.

Read any item in the Course Materials on Brightspace that interests you (in the folder, Reaction Paper Readings, then use the template included in this syllabus to write your reaction. Be sure you address all the questions in the template on page 14 of the syllabus. Please construct your reaction paper as if you were filling out the template as a form. MAXIMUM POINTS: 20 DUE: September 16. REACTION PAPER TEMPLATE Your name: Date: What is the name of the reading? What made you decide to read this? List and explain three new things you learned and/or insights you gained from reading this reading. 1. 2. 3. How does the information in this reading compare with your own experiences, or that of friends? Evaluate any practical advice the reading provides. What information about this issue can you find online? Give the exact URL addresses, and a short description. Summarize your overall reaction to reading this chapter. Would you recommend this chapter to a friend, family member, or partner? Explain.

Write a minimum 375 word response to something that struck you from either/both of the readings for the first two weeks. It’s ideal to combine them in some way, though you can definitely have more of an emphasis on one or the other. Don’t summarize the material – engage with it personally. What do you think of it? What does it remind you of – from another class, from a lived experience, from something you have heard, etc.. What is interesting to you? Cite or paraphrase from the readings as needed for reference, but again, this isn’t a summary, it is your own personal voice.
