Each student will synthesize all self-assessment data accumulated during the course and reflect upon the information acquired. Each student will then produce a self-reflection paper that analyzes the data both objectively and subjectively. For example, as the student

identifies strengths and weaknesses, aspects of personality or character, styles of leadership and communication, stress management, and career or vocational interests from the instrument data, how does this information inform self-awareness? Analyze areas of agreement or disagreement, new information learned, and how this comprehensive assessment will be used to develop the student’s personal and professional leadership competencies. Each student will then set personal and professional development goals for the next four years, based upon the assessment data and reflection. The Self-Assessment assignment will be 12-15 double-spaced pages in length using 12-point Times New Roman font and APA or Turabian styles. Please make the assessment look as realistic as possible.
