Overview
The purpose of the organizational analysis project is to create a comprehensive analysis based off your organization of Parks & Recreation Coaching Little League Basketball and the experiences you had throughout the semester. This project is an opportunity to reflect on the time you spent in your internship.

Marketing activities related to the Super Bowl begins several weeks before the game, and culminate in a variety of $6 million, 30-second commercials during the game. Even the NFL itself engage in marketing activities before and during the game. However, the NFL has to market something very different than the cars, beverages, services and electronics advertised by other companies. Discuss four (4) major differences related to marketing the NFL product compared to marketing other products advertised during the game.

Length (15 pts)
Your essay paper should span approximately 4 to 5 pages (excluding the reference page). To facilitate structured discussions, allocate one page for each primary point you intend to make. This will typically result in a 3-page body for your paper.
Formatting (15 pts):
– APA Style: Your paper must follow the guidelines of the American Psychological Association (APA) style. This includes formatting aspects like in-text citations and the reference page.
– Font & Spacing: Utilize Times New Roman font, maintain double spacing throughout the paper, and employ a standard 12-point font size.
– Margins: Set your margins to 1 inch on all sides.
Sources (15 pts):
To substantiate your arguments and maintain academic rigor, your paper must incorporate information from a minimum of 10 sources. Among these sources, ensure the following:
-Validity and Scientific Reliability: Your sources must be valid and scientifically reliable. This implies that they should be drawn from respected academic journals, books, or reputable websites.
– Academic Sources: At least 3 of your 10 sources must be academic. These academic sources should be peer-reviewed articles or scholarly publications, providing an authoritative foundation for your arguments.
Citations (15 pts):
– In-Text Citations: For every idea, fact, or quotation that is not your original thought, use in-text citations following the APA format.
– Reference Page: Include a comprehensive reference page listing all the sources you cited within the paper. Ensure this adheres to APA formatting guidelines.
Structure (40pts):
– Introduction (Approximately 1~1.5 page):
Provide an engaging introduction that introduces the topic.
State your thesis or the primary question your paper aims to address.
– Main Points (2.5~3 pages):
Dedicate one page to each of the four main points or arguments you intend to discuss.
Support each point with evidence from your sources, ensuring clarity, coherence, and proper citation.
Use subsections to further organize each main point if necessary.
– Conclusion (Approximately 1~1.5 page):
Summarize the key arguments and findings of your paper.
Reiterate the importance of your thesis or research question.
Offer some final thoughts or insights on the topic.
Proofreading:
Thoroughly proofread your paper for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Verify the accuracy of your citations and references.

Students will write a 3-page (single spaced) literature review on a specific topic using current literature. You will review the research that has been conducted on a specific topic using a minimum of 6 peer reviewed journal articles and report on the current thinking of the topic.
Do NOT summarize and write about each research article separately, instead integrate them into your paper. You may use research articles (ie. where there is a study) or you may use review articles (ie. where there is a review of multiple studies).
AMA style referencing MUST be used.
