Thesis (You can change): The current NIL system both amplifies and constrains the exposure and social status of female college athletes, as it rewards a narrower, often gendered ideal of marketability, thereby reinforcing longstanding inequalities in how womens athletic value is perceived relative to men in schools, online communities, and the broader college sports economy.

Main Reasons:

1. Media and sport popularity gaps

NIL deals concentrate in already popular mens sports (especially football and basketball), so male athletes receive more consistent offers, visibility, and status.

1. Unequal investment and pay

Brands and collectives typically spend more on mens programs, which widens both the financial and exposure gap between male and female athletes.

1. Marketability over performance for women

Female athletes are often rewarded more for appearance, personality, and social media image than for athletic performance, reinforcing gender stereotypes about their value.

1. Perception of men as the default valuable athletes

These patterns send the message that mens sports are the primary economic and cultural priority, while womens sports and athletes are secondary or conditional in value.

I require a proper rewriting to this Thesis. Although the attached project is a good starting point it contained a lot of repeated information and was descriptive instead of conducting proper analysis and conclusion.

Briefly, the Thesis will be an international analysis of corruption in Sport. It will examine the history, legal frameworks, and future challenges of corruption in sports. Specifically, the thesis will focus on cases related to FIFA, UEFA, the USA, and the Middle East.

The Thesis will:

1) Trace the evolution of corruption in sports from incidents of bribery and match-fixing to organized crimes and money laundering.

2) Assess currently available anti-corruption mechanisms in sports across various jurisdictions.

3) Identify potential future challenges and solutions; mainly whether international cooperation can be further implemented or enhanced in combating corruption in sports.

Overview

You will complete a capstone that integrates the knowledge and skills you have developed throughout the Bachelor of Science in Sport Management program by creating a portfolio presentation, professional resume and cover letter, and reflection. Your portfolio presentation should reflect your best work throughout your academic career. To do this, you will refresh and improve upon existing work that you completed previously in the program, adding the improved collection of works into a professional portfolio.

This milestone will help you complete one of the three final project components. For this second component of the capstone, you will compile a comprehensive, professional presentation in which you synthesize elements of the portfolio you have developed throughout your program. You should select what you deem to be your best work, the pieces that demonstrate best practices within the field of sport management. For each of your pieces, you should make any necessary adaptations depending on the area of sport management that you intend to seek a career in.
