I have written a research paper about my topic and I have submitted information to my schools IRB. I now need to turn this information into a peer reviewed article. I will attach all supporting documents I have. The document titled “ATR690: Intro & Methods & Abstract Draft” are the question that need to specifically answered. ALL CITATIONS NEED TO BE IN AMA FORMAT (Use superscript numbers & Numbered consecutively in the order they appear, not alphabetically)
Each student will construct a written coaching philosophy that represents their values and approach to coaching. This statement should be 1-2 pages, double-spaced, and should include personal values and what those look like in relation to coaching behaviors. Before writing this first draft of your philosophy, please read Chapter 1 and reflect on the content they share that can help in writing your coaching philosophy. Additionally, before writing your statement, please fill out the first page of the worksheet attached to the assignment. There are open-ended questions that students should answer before moving to their coaching philosophy.
Team Selection: Being selected to a national team is a great honor. National team members are invited and expected to represent their country in international competition. Because major international events do not always provide prize money or appearance fees, some athletes would rather attend a competition that pays for them for their work. Should athletes represent their country in competition for no money when compensation is available at a competition conducted elsewhere at the same time? Why or why not? (approximately 2 – 3 paragraphs are sufficient).
Event Bidding: If a city is bidding to host the what factors does the organizing committee need to consider when thinking about bidding for such an event? (approximately 2 – 3 paragraphs are sufficient).
Corruption: In your own words (approximately 2 – 3 paragraphs) discuss some instances of corruption for major (i.e., international or national) sporting events. Discuss why the corruption occurred and what could be done from a sport governance standpoint to prevent future corruption.
Sport For All: In your own words (approximately 2 – 3 paragraphs) explain what means. How does this relate to sport governance?
Assignment Requirements:
Create a three (3) page essay (minimum of 750 words, excluding title and references page) discussing information regarding this assignment. Cite at least three (3) literary publications to support information discussed within your essay.
In addition to the required number of pages for the assignment, you must also include a reference page, written in APA style and a title page.
Search current news (recent 12 months) of any level, event, or organization in sports. Provide a brief summary of a sport-related topic. Do not include salaries stories. Other issues may be revenue, media contracts, NIL, stadia/arena, event expenses, etc. Including financial data supports your discussion topic.
Students are expected to write a comprehensive summary and analysis of the required textbook chapters and supplementary readings. Please note this is not a regurgitation of information, but rather a critical analysis of the material. There is no length requirement, but the entry should be of sufficient length to fully (yet concisely) analyze the material and demonstrate that all readings were read thoroughly.
Make sure this is not a verbatim summary of the readings and review/analyze ALL supplementary materials; it should be a comprehensive analysis in your own words about the readings, key takeaways and application into the real world, work, etc.
There should a minimum of 2-3 full paragraphs per piece of material to cover.
The best approach is to review and analyze each piece of required reading in the module one by one, i.e. chapter, each piece of supplemental material (including all powerpoints, articles and videos). (I provided all the material you need).
For example, the analysis should be structured as follows:
Define and understand terminology used in event management, facility management, facility construction, and facility design
Develop an understanding of managerial issues (e.g., building planning, recruitment, selection, compensation, negotiating, hospitality) specific to facility management, maintenance, and design
Develop an appreciation of legal liability and emergency crowd control tactics
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the historical evolution of sport and recreation facilities in the United States and across the globe
Critically analyze facilities from a scholarly and practical perspective
Understand the main aspects and components of facility renovation treatments (i.e., restoration, reconstruction, rehabilitation, preservation)

After going through the module and the textbook chapter, please answer the following questions:
1. Do you think bias exists today? If so, explain in what form and provide an example.. If not, why do you think there is no bias today? Please remember to support and validate your responses with citations and references.
2. Thinking about the outcomes of bias related to recreation, events, and sport, share at least two (2) macro-level outcomes and what their impact could be at the community level. Please remember to support and validate your responses with citations and references.
As you complete your post, please:
Clearly respond to each item or question so that you demonstrate critical and creative thinking, as well as understanding of the reading and module materials. Each answer to each question should be at least three sentences.
Explicitly integrate the text/module information into your responses and properly cite and reference them. Reference your textbook and cite the page number using APA formatting. This supports your thinking and provides credibility to your responses.
Your overall responses will include sense-making, clarity of writing, proper references, as well as accurate grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling. Please carefully proofread your work before submitting it.
