    TEMA: Narrando un da en el quirfano

    Imagina que eres el profesional de la enfermera circulante asignado a una ciruga en la sala de operaciones. El paciente se encuentra bajo anestesia y depende completamente de tu juicio clnico, tus decisiones y tus acciones para mantenerse seguro durante el procedimiento.

    A lo largo de esta asignacin, narrars lo que ocurre desde el momento en que el paciente entra al quirfano hasta que es trasladado a la unidad de recuperacin, describiendo cmo observas, analizas y actas ante las situaciones que se presentan durante la fase intraoperatoria.

    OBJETIVO

    Al completar esta asignacin, el estudiante demostrar la aplicacin del proceso de enfermera en la fase intraoperatoria, integrando el juicio clnico, la seguridad del paciente y la seleccin adecuada de diagnsticos (NANDA-I), resultados (NOC) e intervenciones (NIC), mediante un guion clnico narrativo con apoyo visual.

    iNSTRUCCIONES

    Parte 1 Guion clnico narrativo (12 pginas)

    Redacta un guion narrativo donde describas tu experiencia en el quirfano. Mientras escribes, piensa en preguntas como:

    • Qu observas al recibir al paciente en la sala de operaciones?
    • Qu datos clnicos te alertan sobre posibles riesgos?
    • Qu decisiones debes tomar para proteger al paciente mientras est inconsciente?

    Tu guin debe integrar explcitamente los siguientes elementos:

    1. Descripcin del procedimiento quirrgico y tipo de anestesia
    2. Sita al lector en el escenario clnico. Indica brevemente qu ciruga se realiza y bajo qu tipo de anestesia.
    3. Estimado intraoperatorio
