Change implementation and management in healthcare
It is one of the most clich of clichs, but it nevertheless rings true: The only constant is change. As a nursing professional, you are no doubt aware that success in the healthcare field requires the ability to adapt to change, as the pace of change in healthcare may be without rival. As a professional, you will be called upon to share expertise, inform, educate, and advocate. Your efforts in these areas can help lead others through change. In this Assignment, you will propose a change within your organization and present a comprehensive plan to implement the change you propose. Resources Broome, M., & Marshall, E. S. (2021). This may be a change necessary to effectively address one or more of the issues you addressed in the Workplace Environment Assessment you submitted in Module 4. Consumer target mindset for VELA brand
Instructions Assisgnment: write the consumer target mindset for a brand of your choice. And, the consumer target you are defining is YOU. Pick a brand that you either have great affinity for or for whom you think should be targeting their messages to you. Write the target as if you are recommending this target to your client. It is a good idea to give your target a headline and then go into detail about their mindset. Mindset includes attitudes and behaviors that are relevant to the brand you are advertising. Since for this assignment you are describing yourself, you have all the data you need, but you need to put it into a presentation that supports your recommended target mindset. Your assignment is to write and design a presentation. I also encourage you to be creative and use whatever means you want, film, collage, TikTok, Instagram to introduce to your client (the brand marketer) to your mindset. However, this assignment is also the beginning of your final presentation. PLEASE READ YOUR FINAL ASSIGNMENT for direction. The brand you choose will be the brand you use for your final project. You can make your presentation for any brand of your choice. Your presentation will include the sections: The assignment given to you by the client. (You will also be the client here and decide your assignment) A brief overview of the brands business, including it’s state purpose. The business problem you set out to solve including the human problem or behavior change needed to solve the problem Two to three communication objectives. Your Target definition expressed both as a demographic and a mindset. NOTE: for reference, I have posted a Target mindset presentation example done by a former student. However, this example is just the target mindset, it does not include sections 1-4 as listed above. – Brand I’ve chosen is VELA (velascarves.com): possible headline: Women who use style and modesty to express confidence on their own terms. – Make the presentation look nice, creative, add pictures or videos (you can find them all on their Instagram) – Make sure to include that while Vela is primarily known as a hijab brand for Muslim women, scarves and modest styling are not exclusive to one religion or identity, and the brand also appeals to women who wear scarves for faith, fashion, or personal expression.Attached Files (PDF/DOCX): Example Brand.pdf

Select a special population and a topic (one topic) that you have NOT written about in this course. Narrow your topic to one issue to write about.
Write a Critical Analysis Scholarly Paper.
Paper Should Include:
- Explain your rationale(s) in detail for choosing this group of older adults. Your personal thoughts, beliefs, ideas – no citations. “I” chose … “This author chose…….” Must be a special population ().
- Select & explore in detail why this topic/issue is pertinent to this particular older adult population you chose to write about. Describe a minimum of 3 using subheadings.

- Describe solutions that are offered through both health care and non-health programs, policies, laws, legislation, etc. for the topic you chose. Write out the names for each & describe thoroughly. Minimum of 3. One federal, one state & one local in your community. Use subheadings.
Scholarly Writing Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 pages not including Title page, Abstract page with 3 Keywords and Reference page.
- Title of the paper, on the title page, should include the topic & “special population” group.
- Minimum of three references.
- Use citations from references to support your data. Citations for #2, 3, & 4 above.

- Must be a group of older adults and topic that you have not written about in a paper nor power point to date.
- Write about one single topic. More than one topic/issue will cost points. A good topic is a manageable topic that you can thoughtfully and thoroughly address within the length of your assignment. Example – if you pick health then it is too broad a topic. Choose either mental or physical. Another example – disadvantages of older women living alone. Narrow it down to one disadvantage. Another example – Mistreatment & abuse – too broad. Narrow it down to one because mistreatment covers a wide range of mistreatments as does abuse – physical, mental, financial, etc.
- APA guidelines – proper grammar and no spelling errors. Proper use of citations.
- Review Rubric to make sure everything is covered in your paper. Please note the number of points in each section of the Rubric. The higher the number of points, the more information should be included in that section of your paper.
- The Rubric is located below, as well as in the week 4 module.
- Please follow the directions/instructions for this assignment.

- Authority – Who is the author? What is their point of view? Is the author credible? Does the author have bias? Why or why not?
- Purpose – Why was the source created? Who is the intended audience? Does the source play to the correct audience? Why or why not?
- Publication & format What type of website (com, edu, gov, or org) is it?

- Ease of Use- is it easy to information? Is the information easy to understand? Why or why not?
3. Any regular website is fine. The quality of the website is up to you. However, don’t think the best scholarly website, the better. It’s perfectly fine to pick a bad website as well. In fact, it may be better for you so you’ll know what to look for.
4. The essay should be 750-1000 words (3-4 complete pages and doesnt include the works cited page). I won’t mind if it’s a few pages longer. Papers written in Microsoft word with double-spacing, 1 inch margins, and 12 point font. You must also cite your sources in MLA using in-text and on a works cited page. For this essay, you should have at least one source-the website youre discussing. If the in-text citing or works cited page are missing, the highest grade possible will be a D. If both are missing, its and F.
5. Keep in mind, that you can still use the broad topic or narrow it down to something more specific.
6. To be complete, the essays must have a rough draft with a completed peer review worksheet, essay discussion questions, and a final draft.
7. Since it’s a formal essay, it should have no “I believes, with regards to opinions, and should be in a flowing and easy to read style. It should also be neat with few grammar errors. Remember you’re the expert. You have to assume the audience has no clue about what you are stating.

Some things that have been asked frequently that I need to address to you all:
1) When creating your poster, it should be in a PowerPoint slide, as it is the most accurate way to space and provide the correct formatting needed.
- 2) Font size and spacing are not going to follow traditional APA formatting, as this is expected for Lit Review Posterboards. What needs to be APA-formatted correctly are the in-text citations and the separate Word document containing your 12 or more references.
