Here is what I need: I am revising and reworking my case study. I am going to upload a draft that I have and I need assistance with verifying the sources. I have a shell of what this should look like. I am still learning so if there is anything you can include to make it better, including additional articles please do as I need at least 20 articles referenced in my paper.

Here is the rubric too: Your first draft of the paper should include:

    A. Abstract

This should appear as Page 1, on its own page. The abstract should be 250 words

or less and coherent, readable, and concise. It should include the purpose of the

paper, i.e. how reading the case study will assist clinicians in their work. The Abstract should begin flush left; it is the only paragraph in the paper that is not indented.

    B. Introduction

Include a clear statement of relevance and purpose, and an area of inquiry

    C. Literature Review

    a. Include any amendments suggested by Drs E and K.

    b. End with a restatement of the purpose, addressing the problem the manuscript

    will address.

    D. Methodology

Address ethical issues here, including how you have acted in due diligence to

exclude any identifying information, and/or if you obtained consent from the

    patient to write the study.

    E. Case Conceptualization and Analysis (aka Case Narrative)

    a. Provide a brief description of the setting/agency in which the case was seen.

    b. Discuss the case or issue through your case presentation in a linear fashion.

Include patient demographics and other relevant factors (e.g., sexual orientation,

gender identity, refugee status). Discuss treatment as applied directly to the

    papers topic.

    c. Include sub-headings where appropriate.

    d. Be sure to critique your practice and discuss your case in a reflexive manner,

including what did or did not work. Write with a narrative voice.

    F. Discussion

    a. Re-summarize the case and apply it directly to the literature discussed in the

literature review earlier in the manuscript. Walk the reader through how your case

directly illustrates the topic and provides a contribution to the field through

application to future clinical work, research, or theory-building.

    b. Acknowledge the limitations of the case study, including lack of

generalizability/applicability to certain populations, but restate its importance all

    the same.

    G. Conclusion

Wrap up the entire manuscript in a few sentences. Remind the reader of why the

paper is still relevant despite limitations.

    H. References

All references in the paper must be in the References list, and vice versa, and must be in APA format. Triple check before submitting. The References list begins on a new page.

The case study should not exceed 22 pages, and should be written in 12-point Times New

Roman font, with 1-inch margins. Be sure to conform to APA style for citations and

references. The entire paper should be double-spaced and include a title page. Late papers

    will not be accepted.

  • Health policy and law

The purpose of this assignment is to gain some real-world/practical experience with the health policy and law process by viewing a public meeting and summarizing it in a report or giving an in-class presentation. There are many weekly or monthly forums and meetings hosted as town halls or meetings of city councils, public advocacy organizations, and interest groups. A list of possible meetings in posted on Canvas; feel free to look for other sites. Each student will be required to attend one public meeting of their choice that aligns with a policy or legal issue, either in-person or remotely. This meeting should ideally be attended in real-time. It does not necessarily need to address a health policy or law, but it should involve a health determinant (such as education, immigration, housing, employment, criminal justice, etc.) Writing Assignment: The summary will be a 3 -5 page double-spaced report of the meeting. The first half is a synopsis of the meeting. The second half is a summary of the issue that the organization wants to address, which should include all of the following: Identification of the organization that hosted the meeting, the date/time, and the purpose of the meeting. Description of topics covered on the agenda, who attended and participated, and setting. Students overall impressions of the meeting (feel free to use first person) An issue statement (if the meeting covers more than one different issue or topic, please select just one to focus on for this paper) Background information about the issue, including the roles of government, organizations, communities, and/or individuals, with appropriate citations. Description of policy/legal recommendation(s) offered by the organization or governing body. Your opinions and reflections on their decision and recommendations Your alternative solutions to the problem not addressed by the governing body (consider social, political, legal, and/or economic perspectives) Implications for health policy and/or health law (including relevant organization, delivery, and financing of health services across a range of contexts, populations, and/or settings) If you do not obtain enough information about the issue or the background from the meeting, you may need to do extra research to find supporting documentation in the literature. The write-up should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, 12-point font, and page numbers. A title page is not necessary, but do not forget to at least provide a title, name, and date on your submission. Unnecessary line breaks will not be considered to meet the required minimum length. Include citations using APA style. You are required to use headings in writing your paper (see rubric). The grading rubric for this assignment is located below. Please review the rubric in detail prior to writing your assignment. Please refer to the following for public meeting ideas, although you are not required to identify a meeting from this list: State of Oregon Public Meetings Oregon Health Authority Public Meetings Multnomah County Public Health Advisory Boards Metro Public Meetings City of Portland Public Meetings Multnomah County Commission Public Meetings

Case Study: The iPad A16 compared to iPad Air (M3)

I chose to compare these two models because they came out at the same time last year in March, which I also ended up purchasing the iPad A16 when it was released. I purchased the iPad A16 because it was affordable, was new, and had all the qualities that I was looking for. To start off, the price for the iPad A16 on Apple’s site is $349, which is very affordable for a college student or for someone getting into the iPad side of Apple. Compared to the iPad Air M3 price, which is $599. Getting into the camera quality and video capabilities. They both have the same 12 MP wide camera and the same 4k/60fps video quality.

The iPad A16 comes with storage starting 128 GB going up to 512 GB, however the iPad Air M3 starts at 128 GB but goes up to 1TB. If you do intense video editing or just need a good amount of space for files or apps, I recommend the iPad Air M3. The major difference in both tablets is the processor performance. The iPad A16 uses the A16 bionic chip powered by a 5-core CPU. It can handle common tasks like web-browsing, streaming, note-taking, video-calls and light multitasking. The iPad Air M3 is powered by an 8-core CPU, a major performance upgrade. This model can handle high-intensity workloads, advanced video-editing and multi-tasking power.

I will say the iPad A16 is best for everyday use, budget friendly, and an all-around great beginner tablet for a student. The iPad Air M3 stands out in performance, especially for professional and creative applications, while also offering longer-term usability due to its stronger processor.

    Compare 3 Game Devices:

I will be discussing the characteristics of three different game devices. The PlayStation 5, The Steam Machine for PC, and the Xbox Series X. I currently have all three systems. All three gaming devices are dedicated home consoles. The Steam Machine which is based on a PC also bring a in home gaming like consoles. All three are based on strong optimal performance.

They are all equipped with AMD CPU processors. The only difference is the Steam Machine runs of 6-core processor. While the PS5 and Xbox runs on an 8-core processor. They are also capable of running at 4k/60 fps (frames per second). Storage space that is used is an SSD drive. Memory spaces vary from 16GB up to 1-2TB, which you can customize each one to your liking. One thing I find that is interesting is, the game controllers for the PS5 and The Xbox can be used to also play The Steam Machine which is on the PC. The PS5 and the Xbox also has keyboard capabilities.

Each gaming consoles has exclusive first party game titles. Can all be used with wired or wireless broadband internet connection. Other ways to access games are through paid subscriptions, such as Xbox Pass, PlayStation Plus, and SteamOS system which has a large gaming library. You must also have a paid subscription to access online multiplayer. The Steam console on PC can be access with just having an internet connection. All three are very powerful gaming consoles that have good flexibility and is compatible with most modern-day smart televisions.
