    1. Visit your research database of choice. Conduct a search for several UAS that perform the function you selected. For your data collection, not fewer than four and no more than eight UAS platforms for data comparison and statistical averaging are sufficient. If you need to expand or narrow your data set, please seek guidance from your instructor on the best way to approach this. Download the data to a spreadsheet or create your own spreadsheet for later comparison and averaging. You should have at least three figures (charts) that visualize and compare the different performance values, like speed, altitude, MTOW, or endurance. Use the Excel functions to export and visualize data in a graph and enter it as a figure in the text with the correct APA reference.
    2. The visualization should be able to let the reader understand the differences of values among the platforms, e.g., compare the MTWO of five platforms with the correct graph format (bar graph) and the correct, comparable units.
  • Annoyated bibliography2

please read all instructions. I need a 3-5 page annotated bibliography on the 3 articles I put below. please see the instructions in full details! Summarize each of the three current academic, peer-reviewed journal articles you chose, using the annotated bibliography organizational format. The purpose of an annotated bibliography is to document a list of references along with key information about each one. The detail about the reference is the annotation. Developing this annotated bibliography will create a foundation of knowledge about the selected topic. Be sure to complete this assessment’s Annotated Bibliography activity before starting this section. List each full reference in APA format, followed immediately by its annotation. Present your three current, annotated references in alphabetical order, according to the reference citation. Double-space each reference and format it with a hanging indent. Provide the full APA reference citation, including the author, date, title, publisher or publication, and any additional information required by APA style. Write the annotation (summary) for each citation in paragraph form, using approximately 150 words (or 13 paragraphs) for each annotation. Make sure to cite the article in your summary. Include the following components for each annotation: Identify the purpose of the article. Summarize the article. Include the conclusions and findings of the article. • Analyzing Federal or State Healthcare Policy

For the wrap-up of this course, it is time to weave together all the knowledge that you have gained. The goal of this project is to integrate what you have learned throughout the course into an interconnected exploration of a specific healthcare policy.

For the Portfolio Project, you will complete a two-part assignment (further explained below). Pretend that you are making an appearance before a community group that is having a policy explained to them for the first time. Imagine that the group has no knowledge of what happens behind the scenes to create and implement a healthcare policy. You will not actually be required to present this to a group, but prepare the project so that it would be acceptable for an audience of that nature.

The two documents are as follows:

    1. A mind map (use the WiseMappingLinks to an external site. tool) depicting the essential points and sub-points of your topic. Note: Think of the mind map as a visual outline of your responses to the questions listed below.
    2. A narrative explanation that covers the rationale, research, and processes involved in creating this healthcare policy. The insight gathered should be delivered as a presentation and should serve as the commentary to accompany the mind map if it were being presented to the group mentioned above. The presentation should include a narrative explanation with speakers notes and 8-10 slides (not including your title, references, or the appendix).

In this Portfolio Project, you will analyze either a federal healthcare policy or a state healthcare policy (it cannot be the same policy selected for any previous assignments). Select a specific federal or state healthcare policy to review. Provide information related to the following points:

    • Explain the initial introduction process of the original policy. Who developed it and/or sponsored it?
    • Assess the research that was conducted and/or analyzed to determine the need for the policy. Why is this policy needed?
    • Does this policy address any specific known disparities?
    • Evaluate the impact, or intended impact, of the policy. Please consider the viewpoints of multiple stakeholders (citizens, providers, government agencies, etc.), including any possible financial impact.

Note: After you have completed the mind map, take a screenshot and insert the image into an appendix. The appendixLinks to an external site. should be the last page of your document.

Your presentation should include a narrative explanation with speaker’s notes and 8 – 10 slides (not including title slide, reference slide, or the mind map appendix) and conform to APA guidelines in the CSU Global Writing Center. You must include a minimum of 8 credible, academic or professional references (at least 5 of which must be credible/peer-reviewed), including the text and/or course articles if used in your final project. All credible articles selected must be written within the last 4-5 years, however more recent is preferred. If you need assistance with your writing style or you need writing tips or tutorials, visit the CSU Global Writing Center.

The Harlem Renaissance was definitely one of the most cool, interesting, and important cultural movements in American history. It took place in Harlem in the 1920s and was a space for black writers, artists, and musicians to express themselves freely. Langston Hughes and Duke Ellington are a couple examples of those who used poetry and jazz to shop all of the depth and creativity Black culture had that was being looked over due to racism and segregation in the United States. I think the route they chose was really smart. They didn’t just fight politically, but used art, literature, and music to pull at heart strings and change people’s minds. They celebrate black culture, challenging stereotypes and showing America that African Americans were much more than what people believed. This method of change can be super powerful because it starts by changing the minds of the people, then works its way toward influencing laws and policies.

Even with all of this, art alone couldn’t magically fix the hardship and inequalities African Americans faced. The systematic racism occurring needed actual protests and legal action, which did come later during the Civil Rights Movement. Maybe they could have went further and pushed harder for reform, but protests and going against the racist laws at the time was extremely dangerous. Either way, the use of culture was a great tool to spread black arts throughout the country and inspire others to do something about the mistreatment of African American people. Overall, I truly think the Harlem Renaissance was a creative and inspiring approach. Even if it didn’t bring full change and equality immediately, it reshaped American culture forever.

Americans have been slow to develop enthusiasm for opera for several important cultural and historical reasons. First, to understand the issue, we have to understand what opera actually is. Opera is a dramatic performance where most or all of the story is sung instead of spoken. It can include many emotional styles such as comedy, tragedy, romance, or serious historical events. Because of the format of opera, these emotions, may feel unfamiliar or difficult for new audiences who are used to different formats, such as movies, popular music, or musical with a spoken dialogue. Another reason opera struggles in America is because early opera performances were limited and not widely accessible, opera performances were often confined in to small numbers of major opera houses in large cities. This meant that not many Americans had the opportunity to experience opera. Also very early operas were often performed in foreign languages since it came from European traditions, which made it difficult for everyday Americans. Opera’s reputation was often the entertainment for the wealthy or highly educated audiences, which made some people feel excluded or uninterested in opera. While this was happening American audiences were developing their own popular music traditions like, jazz, musical theater, and rock and hip-hop, also talked about in earlier chapters of our book, which was found more relatable and accessible for the Americans that felt excluded. Americans were not slow to embrace opera because it lacked artistic value, but because of its limited access, cultural differences, language barriers, and a competition between other popular musical styles that reflect Americans tastes and experiences.
