You should compare the organizational structure to Mintzberg’s model, determine if all five elements are present, discuss any strengths and weaknesses you identify, and place the organizational structure into one of the structural configurations.

    It is likely that the organizational structure you select may not “check all of the boxes” of Mintzberg’s five-sector model or fit neatly into one of the structural configurations. This does not mean the organization and its structure you selected are wrong because most organizations may be lacking in one of these areas, i.e., available financial or human resources or a structure defined by law or policy, for instance.
