Task 1 Instructions:

All research occurring at the university must comply with applicable policies for the protection of human subjects enforced by the IRB. This task involves compiling and submitting your documents for the IRB review process.

You have cleared DRP 803 and now move to DRP 804.

As part of the IRB process and DRP 804 Task 1, you are required to complete and submit the attached ethics form, filled out by you and consent documents from each participant.

These forms are a mandatory step before IRB review and approval can proceed, and data collection cannot begin until this is completed.
