Answer question that i already started:
I’m always willing to give back to my school, actively engaged with student counselor advisory. I do school tours for new students, workshops for awareness for elementary school (e.g. recently I invited all russians to talk about russian culture – by which i fostered the tension of the community). I’m highly engaged with presenting school, usually I go to dance competitions among international schools, or mun conferences among schools by which I try to foster the rank of our school. Additionally, for all my projects I try to engage the most of the sinarmas students, usually seeking for volunteers on campus, as I already have 30+ volunteers, I contribute to the team spirit among the school. Additionally I participate in UN day, Russian bazaars, and other cultural events, helping to foster the international community in school.

In early 2022, the outbreak of the Russo-Ukrainian war motivated my family to relocate to Indonesia. That was a switch. In new schoolI I faced bullying and, under stress, developed disordered eating. Experiencing endless hunger firsthand made me realise how disruptive emptiness can be, not just physically, but mentally. Going through it myself made me certain I did not want anyone else to feel that kind of helplessness.
The following year, I met a girl in an isolated area of Banten, skin-and-bones, who asked me in stumbling bittersweet English, ibu, gift me food. Something inside me collapsed, seeing an innocent being suffering, and I knew I could not just be sorry..I had to act for her sake.
Therefore, later I came up with the Zeal for Equality Food Project, something that filled my emptiness: I rallied my classmates to help me prepare and deliver meals to those in need, coordinated schedules, guided the team, and oversaw donations. And when we delivered our first 50 boxes after 2 months of work – I felt a true relief, a sense of purpose and responsibility I had never experienced before and soon not only the undertaken orphanages kids started to look healthier, but I also started to lose weight but to norm, as if my life was finally in balance of giving and getting: the true purpose of non-forprofit.
If I went through this experience again, I would focus on sustainability earlier, training local volunteers so the project could grow even faster and reach more children in need.

Recently, I wanted to gain some consulting experience before summer, but I had very few connections and little time. I realized that if I wanted an opportunity, I would have to make it happen myself. I spent lunches at school researching 68 companies I was interested in, gathering contacts, and figuring out the best way to reach out. After that, I decided to reach out to them as fast as possible: I called 11 firms and emailed the rest. Many didnt respond, some declined, and a few asked me to wait. Eventually, two scheduled interviews – Renaissance Bank and Cardone Enterprises. The process was energy-consuming at times, but I was dedicated to achieving my goal, learning valuable lessons along the way: how to communicate clearly, how to handle rejection, and how to manage my time effectively. Additionally, the key outtake I gained from this is you have to be what company wants you to be, not only what you can propose. This experience taught me that persistence isnt about pushing until you succeedits about staying consistent and thoughtful even when resources are limited. Ultimately, this summer I’m interning at Cardone Enterprises!

An original paper from a professional publication dealing in psychology or counseling that has not been submitted for credit in another class, this university or another university. Topic is your choice and does not have to be pre-approved. The article used does not need to be submitted with the paper. Papers submitted after the due date/time will incur an automatic 5-point deduction.
Papers submission requirements.
I have included a Turnitin Assignment module for each paper due during the weeks of 14 January thru 3 February 2026. The papers are due on 27 January 2026 by 9 pm, but the module will remain on-line for late submissions one additional week. The subject of the paper is your choice, but it must be in the psychology/counseling area and come from a professional publication. These are professional journals such as the Journal of Counseling and Development, Journal of Psychology, etc. Newspaper articles from the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, New York Times, etc., and/or textbooks are not acceptable.
When you are ready to turn-in your paper, use the appropriate module to attach your paper and I will take it from there. Your papers shall be in either APA or MLS format, your choice, and will be at least 750-words, double-spaced with 1 margins. Please include your name on the paper, and the last paragraph of your paper will be your opinion of the article and why, plus a bibliography must be a part of your paper to show where you obtained your information. You can begin to turn in your paper(s) when the Turnitin Assignments module opens, but no later than 9 p.m. on the 15th of October due date. Late submissions will be accepted for 1-week after the due date but will result in an automatic loss of 5 points from the final determination. Points will not be immediately visible in the grade book until the designated posting date/time.
An extra credit paper, if you need/choose to submit one, will be in the same format as the first two papers and is to be submitted via the Turnitin Assignments module from 11 February thru 1 March 2026. I will not accept an extra credit paper from any student who has not completed course requirements to that point, which include all tests administered, to that point must be completed, both previously noted papers 1 & 2 must have been turned in, participation in at least a majority of the behavioral project must have been submitted for grade. If these requirements are met, in my opinion, then the paper will be accepted. Please note that you will not see a score for the extra credit paper until I am ready to post final grades. When I do score this paper, you will be scored only those points necessary to bring your grade up to the highest possible, to a maximum of 50 points. This score will be added to your total score in the grade book. Use the grading scale in the syllabus to determine your grades.
Also, unless you absolutely need the extra credit paper to pass the course, do not waste your time, as I will only give the number of points necessary to get you the highest grade possible. If you are already working on an “A”, then your paper will not be worth any extra points.
To access these items, select Turnitin Assignments from the weekly course display area. Once the selection is displayed, follow the prompts and instructions to submit your paper to their appropriate place. Note that each paper will be added to a database once submitted and compared with other papers already in the database, published and posted to the internet, and professional publications. Turnitin Assignments will then create an originality report showing similarities and where from by percentage. Note that any paper turned in by you via Turnitin Assignments is in a database and will give indication as such. Basically, you cannot use a previously turned in paper to any course for credit in this class. The papers must be wholly original in their entirety.
