An ethical dilemma involves conflicting beliefs, values, rights, or professional responsibilities of individuals and/or groups. To clarify and understand what an ethical dilemma is you need to identify whothe problem affects (groups, organizations customers). What is the issue (opposing sides or beliefs)? What impact is the issue causing? What would happen if the ethical dilemma were not solved?
