Please select an organizational event, issue, or situation drawing on your professional experience or academic interests for your case study. You are encouraged to develop your case study around rural and diverse populations. You should maintain a narrow focus for the case study, and it will be used in Assignment 4. The purpose of the case study is to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your understanding by integrating the four frames in Assignment 4. Note: It’s not necessary to be familiar with the entire textbook for this assignment. Please use generic descriptions (school district, school, college, or university) and professional titles (principal, superintendent, faculty members, vice president, chancellor) instead of the name of the organization or an individual. Case studies require clear, concise descriptions, key information presented logically, developing a framework for analysis, analyzing the issues involved, and describing the findings (solutions or changes) and recommendations in a scholarly paper.
