4. Choose one of the remaining students (#2 – Fred or #3 – Susan) from the case study document and post a response to this discussion board. Your response should be in paragraph form, should analyze the case study, and should show an application of the concepts learned in this course. Analyze the case and provide suggestions for improvement. INCLUDE AT LEAST 8 COURSE TERMS and a DISCUSSION OF THE DIMENSIONS. BE SURE TO HIGHLIGHT THE 8 COURSE TERMS THAT YOU USE AND ALSO HIGHLIGHT THE 2 DIMENSIONS THAT YOU USE!
Watch the video above. The video gives you important guidance about how to do this assignment.
In your analysis:
Write your case study analysis in paragraph form. Your discussion board post must contain a minimum of 200 – 250 words (approximately 1 page in length). Your analysis may be longer than 200 – 250 words in length (there is no cap). Your case study analysis should consist of a minimum of 2 paragraphs:
Paragraph 1: Your observations. Discuss the student’s present situation.
Paragraph 2: Your suggestions. What things could the person do to improve his/her chances for success?
Include at least 8 course terms and a discussion of the dimensions. Be sure to highlight the 8 course terms that you use, and also highlight the 2 (or 3 or 4) dimensions that you use! You should have a minimum of 10 DIFFERENT terms highlighted.
5. Title your post according to the student’s name in the case study. After your initial posting, respond to one other classmate’s posting. Responses should further the discussion, not just say, “I agree.”

my original that I got flagged for In Hirschsprung disease, the nerve cells do not form correctly during pregnancy because the neural crest cells fail to migrate to the bowel. Since that part of the bowel cannot relax, stool gets stuck, which causes blockage. This can lead to constipation and a swollen belly, and the bowel above the blocked area becomes enlarged. On a cellular level, the bowel is missing the normal signals like nitric oxide that help smooth muscle relax, so peristalsis does not work
normally.
Hirschsprung disease is more common in male infants and is sometimes linked to genetic causes. Some cases are related to gene mutations like RET, which affect nerve development in the intestines.
The I did some research Rewritten Paragraph (APA with Sources)
Hirschsprung disease is a congenital disorder caused by failure of neural crestderived ganglion cells to migrate into the distal intestine during fetal development, resulting in an aganglionic segment of bowel (American Academy of Family Physicians, 2006). The aganglionic bowel cannot relax normally, leading to functional obstruction and proximal dilation (American Academy of Family Physicians, 2006). Loss of inhibitory nitrergic (nitric oxideproducing) innervation likely contributes to impaired smooth muscle relaxation and abnormal peristalsis in the affected segment (Larsson et al., 1995; Bealer et al., 1994). Definitive diagnosis is confirmed by rectal biopsy demonstrating absence of ganglion cells (Monforte et al., 2025; Merck Manual, 2025). Hirschsprung disease is more common in males, and RET gene mutations are a major known genetic contributor to abnormal enteric nervous system development (StatPearls, 2025; MedlinePlus Genetics, 2025).

Guided by Indigenous pedagogies that emphasize careful listening, relational accountability, and respect for Knowledge Keepers, this assignment strengthens your ability to evaluate knowledge sources and situate your work within broader intellectual traditions. By engaging critically with existing literature, you will learn to recognize gaps, tensions, and possibilities that will inform the direction and depth of your final paper.
Instructions:
- Clearly identify the topic or research question you will pursue in your final paper.
- Select three scholarly sources (peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, or Indigenous knowledge sources published within scholarly contexts).
- Provide full APA 7th edition citations for each source.
- For each source, write a 200250-word annotation that:
- Summarizes the central argument, purpose, or findings.
- Evaluates the sources credibility, methodology, theoretical orientation, and alignment with Indigenous or decolonial perspectives.
- Explains how the source supports, expands, or challenges your emerging research direction, and how it will be used in your final paper.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Appropriate selection of scholarly sources

External Selection
Unit 6 The class is Talent, Acquisition, and Management The assignment: External Selection Structured interviews have five prominent characteristics (see Chapter 9) Staffing Organizations by Herbert G. Heneman. As your client grows their business from a start-up to a 45-employee operation, they have asked you to help them with their interview process. * Identify the business name, type of business, and one position in the business. * Identify the KSAOs required for the position. * Categorize the interview type that should be used for the position and explain why it should be used. * Recommend whether the interviews should be situational or experience-based. * Write two competency questions for the interview and analyze how the questions will help in hiring the right candidate. * Create a simple rating scale that the client will be able to use. * Describe why training is recommended for the interviewers. Your assignment should be a 2 to 3 page expository essay, not including the title and reference pages, and should include the following elements: * Title page: Provide your name, title of assignment, course and section number, and date. * Body: Answer all the questions in complete sentences and paragraphs. * Your responses should reflect professional writing standards, using proper tone and language. The writing and writing style should be correct and accurate and reflect knowledge of skills and practice of the profession. * Reference page: Sources listed in current APA format. * Include a minimum of two scholarly or academic sources to support your responses and conclusions. * Use Arial or Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced and left-aligned. * Use standard 1″ margins on all sides. * Use current APA formatting and citation style. * If you need assistance with APA style, please visit Rubrics directions: Meets all criteria: * Identifies the business name, and type of business, and one position in the business. * Identifies the KSAOs required for the position. * Categorizes the interview type that should be used for the position. * Explains why that interview type should be used. * Explains why the client should use structured interviews. * Includes at least two advantages to structured interviews. * Recommends whether the interviews should be situational or experience-based. * Writes two competency questions for the interview. * Analyzes how the competency questions will help in hiring the right candidate. * Creates a simple rating scale that the client will be able to use. * Describes why training is recommended for the interviewers.
