Stressful clinical situation and resilience strategies in nu…
As nurses, we encounter situations that challenge us emotionally, ethically, and professionally. Building resilience begins with recognizing stress and reflecting on how we respond. For this first storytelling discussion, reflect on a clinical situation you experienced in your role as an LPN that felt stressful, overwhelming, or emotionally difficult. In your initial post, address the following: Briefly describe the situation (maintain confidentiality no names or identifying information). What made this situation stressful for you? How did you respond at the time? Looking back, what coping or resilience strategies did you use or wish you had used? Identify one practical strategy you would use today if faced with a similar situation. -
