Refer to the attached Papers and write a paper for following:
Phase 4 Implementation
This chapter lays out the full implementation plan for your project. This includes the project schedule with the individual project tasks and timelines. For example, if you are recommending a network upgrade solution, this chapter provides the expected timeline for things like building wiring, acquisition of networking hardware, programming of switches and routers, setup of firewalls, connection of WiFi access points, etc. It will include any training required for use or administration. If you are doing a program or web design solution, your implementation plan would include the breakdown of different program components, perhaps following the Agile or another methodology, as well as examples of code or web page framework. This chapter should be 4-5 pages in length. Add this chapter to your ongoing assignments so that you continue to build your full project paper.
Phase 5 Ongoing Maintenance and Recommendations
This chapter discusses the ongoing maintenance of the newly implemented project solution and how it will be supported going forward. This may include any training of technical support staff, disaster recovery plans, facilities management, software updates, etc. If there are any additional recommendations for future work to be performed after the completion of this project, address those recommendations here. For example, if you have proposed a network upgrade, then following the completion of this project; you may also want to recommend a full WiFi implementation as the next project. If you chose to write a program or web development solution, you might include how software updates, patches, or fixing will be done; how future releases may be provided; or how the web site may be managed and updated for relevancy. This chapter should be 2-3 pages in length. Add this chapter to your ongoing assignments so that you continue to build your full project paper.

Requirements: 6 pages
This assignment will give you practice running descriptive statistics on both numeric &
categorical variables and reporting them in APA style.
Each question you need to answer is bolded in the Assignment Questions section. The un-
bolded parts of the questions are instructions on what to do in order to answer the bolded
questions.
All questions can be answered using the Project Data data file.
For each question that asks for it, make sure to paste your output below the answer to the
question. An easy way to do this is to take screenshots of each table/graph and paste it below
the question.
This is an individual assignment akin to an exam and should be treated as such. You should
not consult any other people or AI, etc. while completing this assignment. If there is evidence
that you have used other people and/or certain technologies to complete this assignment, it will
result in a reduction of grade for the assignment and an academic integrity violation reported to
the Provosts Office.
You may use the lectures & readings from this course, your lecture notes or practice
assignments, and any other course material youd like to help you complete this assignment.
Type your answers below each question and change the color of the font. Please do not erase
the questions.
Submit to Canvas as a Word document or a PDF (not a Google doc or Pages file!).

Assignment Questions
1. How many variables are in this data set?
a. How many of the variables are numeric?
b. How many of the variables are categorical?
2. Choose 3 numeric & 3 categorical variables to use for this assignment. List them below
and include whether theyre numeric or categorical & what is listed under Label in
the Variable view of the data.
3. For your 3 categorical variables:
a. Run descriptives for each categorical variable & create a bar graph for each
categorical variable.
b. Write 1 sentence in APA style per variable describing how many people fell into
each category. Make sure to include both the percent (%) and frequency for
each group.
c. For each categorical variable, state the category that represents the mode of
that variable.
d. Paste the frequency table & bar graph from SPSS for each variable below your
answer
4. For your 3 numeric variables:
a. Run descriptives for each numeric variable & create a histogram for each numeric
variable.
b. Write 1-2 sentences in APA style per variable describing the sample size (n),
minimum score, maximum score, mean, & standard deviation.
c. Paste the descriptive statistics table & histogram from SPSS for each variable
below your answer.
5. For your 3 numeric variables:
a. Transform each numeric variable into a z-score by following these instructions:
i. ANALYZE
DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS
DESCRIPTIVES
ii. Move all 3 of your numeric variables into the Variables box.
iii. Check off Save standardized values as variables
iv. Click OK
v. This will give you descriptive statistics for your variables and create 3 new
variables in the data vieweach new variable will be the old variable
name with Z in front of it (e.g., ZRecall).
1. This is the z-score for each value of that variable
b. For each new z-score variable, run descriptive statistics (mean, standard
deviation) & create histograms for the Z variables. What is the M & SD for each
of the Z variables?
Project 1
Statistics in Psychology
c. Explain why the M & SD for each of the Z variables makes sense given what
youve learned about the z-score distribution.
d. Paste the descriptive statistics table & histogram from SPSS for each Z variable
below your answer.

Review the worksheet on Page 2. Consider each question and apply this to your own situation (this could be at work; a community organization; a church; a club, etc.) What does the geese metaphor tell us about possibilities for human leadership? Below are five facts about the behavior of geese in flight. In the space to the right of each fact, write down what you think the fact implies for human organizational behavior. In #1, there is a sample response to help guide your thoughts. Your task is to complete the worksheet with your own perspectives. Once you have completed the worksheet (this can be filled out in a Word document; a PowerPoint document; or an Excel worksheet), upload your file to Canvas under this assignment tab.
