    Understanding the process of how consumers set a goal (like buying a product), execute on that (the search/selection process), and evaluate(post sale) is very important as we study cognition and interface design. The chapter talked about purchasing Airline tickets, flowers etc.

    1. Explain a recent process of making a purchase with your classmates – what was your goal of the purchase (why?), the process of executing (where’d you search, what sites, what apps, what was good bad), and the end result evaluation (were you happy, did you return, did you need customer service etc.)
