    Recall Week 2 and the developmental stages of field experience. What stage do you see yourself at now? What more do you need to achieve or learn in order to feel more confident?

    By this time, your field instructor should have completed your evaluation. After discussing your growth and development with your field instructor, review your Learning Agreement and your evaluation. Consider what you have learned, where you have excelled, and where you may need more practice. In this final Discussion, you reflect on your learning and development with your colleagues.

    • Consider the skills and concepts that you learned and how you will continue to develop and refine new skills.
