    Discussion

    There are a lot of studies out there on low carb diets (also called keto or ketogenic).

    Choose a current research article discusses the potential health effects of eating a low carb or keto diet.

    You may use any database to locate a scientific article.

    • Share your article’s findings with the class.
    • Share whether or not you agree with the findings from the article. Explain your answer.

    Discussion Expectations
