1. Create a case presentation for a client between the ages of 14 and 18 years of age based on your assigned diagnosis. Describe the symptoms that meet the criteria for the diagnosis, and include pertinent medical, educational, and family history.

2. Based on the case, select management strategies you would recommend. Provide support from a scholarly source to support your decision.

3. Describe a minimum of two referrals you would make for the client and include your rationale.

4 Analyze one ethical or legal consideration related to the treatment of a client with your assigned diagnosis.

5. Evaluate the potential role of the family in the treatment of a client with the assigned diagnosis. What additional support may be necessary if the clients family is unwilling or unable to participate in treatment?

General Instructions

Consider the client satisfaction data currently analyzed at your workplace. If you do not have a current practice location, select a local healthcare facility or provider to answer the questions below.

Include the following sections:

1. Professionalism in Communication: Communicate with minimal errors in English grammar, spelling, syntax, and punctuation.
2. Reference Citation:Use current APA format to format citations and references and is free of errors.
3. Wednesday Participation Requirement: Provideasubstantiveresponse to the gradeddiscussiontopic (notaresponseto a peer or faculty),byWednesday,11:59 p.m. MTofeach week.
4. Total Participation Requirement: Provide at least three substantive posts (one to the initial question or topic, one to a studentpeer,and one to a faculty question)on two different days during the week.
