    Design an infographic using Canva that showcases the 5 conflict management styles and how each can be applied to a different leadership scenario. Include a brief, simple case explanation with your visual examples to demonstrate when each style would be most appropriate for a leader to apply.

    Design each section of the infographic clearly so each conflict style has its own part. Add icons to visual elements (like a gavel for competing, handshake for collaborating, etc.) to make each style more visually distinct. Write short, simple descriptions and case examples for each style.
