My topic is Diversity in Nursing Workforce This assignment is worth 5% of your final course grade. The goal of this assignment is to have you do some initial research in regards to the topic you have chosen for your presentation. It also encourages you to use the Regina Library resources and reviews how to choose scholarly sources. In addition, it allows you to get feedback regarding correct use of APA format. Assignment Guidelines This assignment should be typed in APA format and submitted online. (There is no need to do a title page for this assignment but other APA formatting should be followed). List your topic and share why you chose your topic. Document correctly in APA format 4 resources you plan to use for your presentation. For each reference identify why you feel this is a credible source to use. Then, summarize in several sentences what the resource contributes to your presentation. Be sure to utilize scholarly resources. Include one primary research based resource related to your topic. Primary research is an article written by the individual who did the research. The Regina Library is a good resource if you are not sure about primary resources. (The handout on scholarly references for nursing papers will also help with this). Your text may be used as a resource but should not be included as one of the 4 required resources. Only one of the resources may be an internet website.
