Project 2: Behavioral Plan (150 points)

Review how to create behavior plans (you created one in EDU506). You may NOT re-use the behavior plan from EDU506 for this assignment (this assignment will be checked with Turnitin), but you may use it to refresh your memory on the various elements of an effective plan.

Select two hypothetical students from your class and identify a specific behavioral issue you want to address (must be different for each student). Develop a specific behavior plan for each student designed to address the identified behavioral needs and issues based on the presenting problem. See Appendix B for specific details and scoring rubric.

    • Cant sit still
    • Sleeps in class

  • Abraham Lincoln and the American Path to Citizenship: Reform…

Annotated Bibliography (3-5 pages maybe?), this is the beginning of a 8-10 page paper, that I’ll have you do after we finish the annotated bib. The annotated bib citations and summary can be used in the paper. Look at attachments to see instructions on the annotated bib; Chicago style citation, 12 pt, times new roman, 1 inch margins, double-spaced, etc… The other attachment is idea about the topic: things that interest me (I think we will have to do a presentation on it as well). You can condense the topic idea to be more focused and also play devil’s advocate in the paper. Right is right and I don’t have to agree with everything.

Global Healthcare Comparison Matrix and Narrative Statement Note: This Assignment (both Parts 1 & 2) is due on Day 5 of Week 11. If you talk about a possible poor health outcome, do you believe that outcome will occur? Do you believe eye contact and personal contact should be avoided? You would have a difficult time practicing as a nurse if you believed these to be true. But they are very real beliefs in some cultures. Differences in cultural beliefs, subcultures, religion, ethnic customs, dietary customs, language, and a host of other factors contribute to the complex environment that surrounds global healthcare issues. Failure to understand and account for these differences can create a gulf between practitioners and the public they serve. In this Assignment, you will examine a global health issue and consider the approach to this issue by the United States and by one other country. Resources Be sure to review the Learning Resources before completing this activity. Click the weekly resources link to access the resources. • work break down structure

This assignment is part of the course project. Refer to

Use the software management tool you selected to develop a Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) for your project scenario. A WBS is a visual tool that helps break down a project into smaller, manageable components. This document is a dashboard overview of the work needed to accomplish the project objectives and create the required deliverables.

Take your scenario, divide the project into smaller, more manageable tasks, and assign responsibilities and deadlines for each component. This detailed WBS will help monitor progress and ensure that all aspects of the project are on track for timely completion and within budget.

    Include the following:

    • Summarize the purpose and importance of a WBS.
    • Identify the software management tool selected for creating the WBS.
    • Justify the choice of the tool (e.g., features, usability, compatibility with project requirements).
    • Provide a high-level overview of the project and how the WBS divides it into smaller, more manageable tasks.
    • Show how the WBS contributes to achieving the project objectives efficiently.

Read through all sections before proceeding to the next page and refer back whenever necessary.

The basic structure of a WBS is as follows:

    Project Name

    • Planning
    • Define project scope
    • Develop project plan
    • Execution
    • Implement tasks
    • Monitor progress
    • Closure
    • Finalize deliverables
    • Conduct project review

The following is a simple example using this basic structure:

    Project Name: Aircraft Painting Refresh

    • Planning
    • Resources: Four planes, seven people
    • Timeline: Two months
    • Supplies: Order supplies
    • Execution
    • Prep airframe: Wash aircraft, strip old paint
    • Prep surface: Treat surface, mask off
    • Paint: Cure time, remove masking
    • Quality checks: Correct flaws
    • Closure
    • Finalize deliverables: Inspection
    • Conduct project review: Evaluate processes, lessons learned

Proceed to the Estimating Project Activity Times section.

    Submission

    • Write 300500 words in addition to the WBS document.
    • Review the rubric before starting your paper.
    • Use your original words, or cite your sources using the current APA style.
    • Reference for additional guidance.
    • Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.
    • Your paper will automatically be evaluated through Turnitin when you submit your assignment in this activity. Turnitin is a service that checks your work for improper citation or potential plagiarism by comparing it against a database of web pages, student papers, and articles from academic books and publications.
