This week’s assignment is going to look at a little known but amazingly interesting case, Paul Ceglia v. Mark Zuckerberg/Facebook. Mr Ceglia made claims to having an ownership stake of anywhere from 50% to 84% of Facebook. It is an odd case, it touches on lots of topics including jurisdiction, contracts, and more. I am providing you with links to two sources, but I encourage you to look at more.

2) Did that contract contain the ownership statement?

3) What caused the move of the case from the New York courts and its movement to the Federal Court System?

5) Mr Ceglia was found living in Ecuador after running from the US and the US Federal Court System, however Mr Ceglia still lives to this day in Ecuador, what was the logic behind the denial of extradition?
