add 2 questions of your owneither follow-up questions to your interviewees answers, or your own
questions focused on diversity and inclusion in organizations. Transcribe the interview to include in your
assignment document, including all questions and answers. You may summarize your interviewees
responses from notes youve taken, or you may use a transcription tool (e.g., on Zoom)but if you do the
latter, you must edit it to make sure there are not transcription errors.
Questions:
Does your organization provide any training on diversity and inclusion? If so, describe the
training. Do you find it to be effective? If not, how do you think it could be improved?
Besides trainings, have you taken any part in diversity and inclusion initiatives (e.g., committees,
etc.)? If so, describe your experience. If not, why not?
In your organization, do you think there are any specific barriers or challenges to achieving
diversity and inclusion? Are there any minority communities in particular (e.g., women, people of
color, disabled people, neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ people, etc.) which are either not
represented within the organization, or not fully included in the organizational culture in some
way?
Do you use AI in your job? Do you think AI is good or bad for diversity or inclusion? Why?
PART II: Analysis
Once youve completed both interviews and reviewed both interviewees responses, reflect on the
interviews in light of what the course has covered so far. Do you see any of the behaviors or approaches
weve considered in their answers? Do you see room for improvement within the interviewees
organizations? Have you learned anything new, including any new or different approaches to diversity
and inclusion, from these interviews?
Write a 400500 word analysis that considers these questions. Use specific examples from each interview
to back up your analysis.
