  • Remove any Ai and downgrade the ppt so it looks more Human

This PowerPoint has a 7% AI score, and my professor asked me to revise it so that there is no detectable AI content in it. What Im essentially asking is to remove the AI-generated feel and, if possible, make the presentation sound more humanslightly less polished, a bit more natural, and somewhat rougher in tone.

2nd REFLECTION DISCUSSION – NORTHERN RENAISSANCE, BAROQUE and AFTER

READ THE PARAMETERS FIRST BEFORE YOU POST A DISCUSSION. Invariably, a few students gloss the parameters and get very upset when the essay is rejected for failure to meet project requirements.

Need help? Or just want to discuss the posting? Write to my inbox! That’s what I’m here for!

Strict, 800 WORD LIMIT on the initial post.

OK kids, what do you think? That’s what I’ll be asking you every few weeks or so. Your job for this discussion, and for all the rest, is pretty open-ended, within the stated parameters. I’ll be doing this same assignment right along with you, since I never quit being a student of Art History. Please treat my postings as you would any other.

    1. Select an image that represents the 2nd quarter of ART141, northern renaissance, Baroque, Dutch painting or 18th century discussed in modules 5 thru 8. Choose from the modules. You may also discuss a related Image that is not in the modules, but ask the professor first. Avoid the big, famous post-card stuff because it’s low-hanging fruit and previous students have done it to death. Show me that you’ve done a deeper dive into the material. Always select an image that is relevant to the discussion time frame. If you are unsure of your selection, just ask me. That’s what I’m here for. If you select an image not relevant to this discussion it will be deleted for being OFF-TOPIC. Off-TOPIC posts confuse the discussion.

    2. Do some research about the image and the artist and know something about them. Statements like ” I don’t know what that guy with the beard is holding but it looks like a stick maybe” just make one look foolish. Do some homework and find out who the guy is, what he’s doing and so on.

    3. Write a PERSONAL REFLECTION about what the image is and about what it means to YOU and how it informs YOUR your life or YOUR experience. This is the most critical item. DO NOT just write a high school book report about the image or the artist, informed by a few dull, Generic facts cribbed out of wikipedia or worse, padded with AI generated rhetoric. That’s a rip off, and it’s not what this assignment is about. I’m not going to give any student much for that sort of thing, so please be aware.

Write with your own voice. Don’t try to sound like an Art critic or a travelogue reporter, god forbid. Proof read for sense and spelling by all means but never undermine your own voice.

Traditional testing tells me which facts about the course content you have have acquired, but discussions tell me how you’re applying that knowledge. Both are vital, and weigh equally in your grade assessment.

    4. Post the image you selected along with your personal reflection essay of 500 words. ALWAYS post in the discussion window. Linked items will not be graded.

  • Choose a European country and research a climate or environ…

Please choose one European country and research a major climate or environmental problem they face and/or some concrete things that country is doing to tackle climate change. You may include your opinion on/analysis of this country’s approach toward environmentalism/climate action but that should take up no more than about 1 paragraph.

    1. You may choose any European country to research.

NOTE: Some students are interested in choosing Greenland. This IS NOT an acceptable choice for this project as it is a territory and not a nation state. It is important to choose an independent country so you can get a good sense of local politics/policy as they relate to climate change.

    2. Your paper should be 3 pages long. NOTE: The Works Cited page DOES NOT count toward the required page count

    3. Please use at least 3 sources in your paper and cite using MLA style/formatting (you can use more than 3).

NOTE: Brittanica, Statistica or other encyclopedia/dictionary source do not count as one of your sources. You may use these types of sources, and need to cite them properly, but they are not considered research-level academic sources. You may not use Wikipedia.

    4. NOTE: Following MLA style, You MUST include citations within the body of the text AND in a works cited page. The citations within the text are brief and the works cited includes the full citation. Failure to include citations within the body of the text will result in an automatic C.

    5. Please submit your 3 sources on Canvas along with your assignment (either via PDF, website link or screen shot).

BoardWeek 1: Weekly Journal Assignment and Discussion Board

For this week specifically, the topic is: Use of Medications as Part of Health and Mental Health Practice

he goal of the weekly article assignments is for you to make connections between the content of the course and real-world ethical issues, and to integrate what you learn every week into the way you are thinking about an article of your choice. Through this reflection, you will come up with new insights or understandings that you wouldn’t have had before studying this material.

This weekly assignment consists of two parts. For Part 1, you will submit a written review of an article of your choice that you will analyze from the point of view of the topic of the week. You will use the content from class for the week to provide new insights or understandings into the way you interpret the article and what conclusions can be drawn from it.

In Part 2, you will be able to engage in peer reviewed discussion board posts and make the connection back to the reading assignments.

Students will receive an individual grade for their individual assignment

    Instructions

Carefully read the following instructions for every component of this assignment. Remember there are two parts to this assignment.

    • Part 1 Individual Assignment
      • Find a recent news article (2015 or newer) that relates to the content discussed in that week’s class. You have broad discretion in choosing this article. The important part is that the article is, in some way, related to the week’s content.
      • In a few sentences, provide a brief summary of the article (the key points, particularly those that you find relevant to the week’s content).
      • Describe how the article is related to the week’s content.
      • Describe what new conclusions, insights, or understanding you have about the article after considering it within the context of what we learned this week. This is the most important part of the assignment the goal here is to integrate what you learned this week into the way you are thinking about this article to come up with new insights or understanding that you wouldn’t have had before understanding this material.
      • Students are required to include article on initial posting
    • Part 2 Peer review and Discussion
      • Each student will:
        • In addition, students are expected to engage in critical dialogue regarding class readings by responding
each module to TWO (2) reading responses posted by your classmates. Failure to respond to other
classmates reading responses will result in loss of points for that module.
        • Under no circumstances are Reading Responses to be emailed directly to the professor. They must be
posted on Blackboard to be read and commented on by classmates. Place them on the Discussion
Board by the due date as indicated on course schedule. Late responses will be not be accepted nor
          counted toward grade.
