  • Writing Question

I want the paper according apa 7th

I am sending my paper along with the cover page. I was not able to add the header only to the first page, but I have already written the information that needs to appear there.

What I need is the following:

    • The reference list definitely needs to be corrected and formatted properly, and the entire document should be formatted according to APA 7 guidelines.
    • The paper should include the appropriate sections/headings and a table of contents.
    • Overall, the paper seems good to me, but please review the entire text as well to make sure everything is correct.

    Additionally:

    • The text needs a few more citations within the body of the paper.
    • In the reference list I have also added the dissertation of the psychologist from the organization, although I have not read it. If possible, please include a few references or ideas from it within the text, so that it appears that it has been consulted.

Question 1: One of the outcomes of the First Word War (1914-1918) in the Middle East was the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. For this question, you should think about the role of Great Powers in the region (especially the British and French), the role of nationalism, including Arab nationalism and Zionism, and the Middle East was geographically changed after the war (e.g., look at Turkey, the region of Judea, and the broader Middle East).

Question 2: t the beginning of the 7th Century no one would have predicted that from the lands of Arabia a new empire would emerge. At the time the Byzantine and Sassanian Empires were the two dominant political entities in what we today call the Middle East. What explains the rise of The Islamic Empire in the 7th Century and What was the Prophet Muhammads role in unifying the peoples of Arabia.

  • Annotated Bibliography Assignment

You will have 12 sources researched for this Argumentative Essay. You will NOT use all of them for your essay. You are making a list, in MLA format, of all the sources you are considering for your essay. You’ll add a small paragraph after each entry detailing if you can use it, why or why not, and record any possible quotes you may need later.

For this particular part of the Annotated Bibliography, you’ll just find THREE SOURCES for your topic and thesis statement, and only after you have them approved in the previous discussion post. I will correct your MLA and get the sources back to you and you’ll add more next time. By the time this assignment is fully complete, you’ll have 12 sources, with notes, and all in MLA format ready for you to decide which ones to use for your essay.

    ASSESSMENT 3

Continue your paper by aligning your new knowledge of healthcare business functions (operations, patient engagement, IT, HR, and finance) with your chosen organization.

You have completed the first few paragraphs in the paper we are building and received feedback.

You will now create the next paragraphs based on the course content we covered. You will align the new knowledge of healthcare business functions (operations, patient engagement, IT, human resources (HR), and finance) with your chosen organization.

You are encouraged to utilize the feedback you received in the prior assessment to help guide you while writing.

    • Step 1: Download and save .
    • Step 2: Answer the questions on the top of the template:
      • Using your same healthcare organization, identify two functional areas you feel are essential to the organization’s success.
    • Step 3: Write two (24 paragraphs as needed) paragraphs using POETS.
      • In the first paragraph, evaluate why you chose the first functional area and include what ethical principles the function needs to be aware of in their day-to-day work. What critical thinking questions would be important to consider to drive organization success?
      • In the second paragraph, evaluate why you chose the second functional area and include what ethical principles the function needs to be aware of in their day-to-day work. What critical thinking questions would be important to consider to drive organization success?
    • Step 4: Delete any remaining example content that is inside the square brackets.

Challenge: Attempt APA for your references and add in your in-text references. You will need this for the final part of the assessment, so add it now and get feedback!

    ASSESSMENT 4

Provide rationales for how you would choose a team to rewrite a mission statement and what ethical principles they would need to consider.

This is the last portion of the assessment, where you will put everything together and add the final components.

The full paper was broken into three parts to allow you to focus on smaller segments, receive feedback, and apply what was learned throughout our time together. As you continue at Capella, you will complete full papers as individual assessments. The goal is for you to take what you learned about business concepts and how to build a paper, gather evidence, utilize feedback, and practice APA style each time you have an assessment.

    • Step 1: Download and save .
    • Step 2: Copy your paragraphs from Assessments 2 and 3 directly into the template.
    • Step 3: Write two paragraphs (additional paragraphs can be created as needed).
      • In the first paragraph, address which functions you want to select team members from to develop a new mission statement.
        • Why?
        • What skills and characteristics make a good team member?
      • In the next paragraph, what ethical principles does your team need to consider when making updates to a mission statement?
        • Also include what critical thinking questions your team needs to have answered to update the mission statement.
    • Step 5: Add an introduction paragraph.
    • Step 6: Add a conclusion paragraph.
    • Step 7: Include all reference list citations and in-text citations.
  • C 3001 ASSESS 1

    ASSESSMENT 1

Complete and submit the Time Management Exercise worksheet.

This first assessment is all about time management because it’s a topic that’s important for adding school work to your daily schedule. It is also something we hear is a pain point from learners.

Time management is an essential skill that evolves as we take on new tasks. Your first assessment is to evaluate how being a new learner can fit into your already busy schedule. You will then be able to review, reevaluate, and utilize these new time management skills/exercises for your educational, personal, and work endeavors.

    • Step 1: Download and save the worksheet.
    • Step 2: Fill out the first section of the worksheet, the weekly schedule, that includes many of the things you typically did before attending college. Then, develop a practical timeframe that includes enough time for your coursework at Capella.
      • You should decide what activities have been part of your day in the past that need to be eliminated or reduced to accommodate your study time so you can achieve your career goal.
    • Step 3: Answer all nine questions after the schedule using full sentences where applicable. Make sure to complete all questions.

    ASSESSMENT 2

Write the first part of a paper by identifying the key elements of mission and vision statements, and what organizational structure would be ideal for your chosen organization.

This assessment is the first part of three written assessments that build on each other. You will utilize the learned writing skills (POETS and APA) and apply the concepts to a real organization. You have learned about organizational structures, mission, vision, and code of ethics. Each of these concepts is a component of this assessment.

You will start with just a few paragraphs and then continue to add content in the following two assessment. This allows you to gain feedback and make changes as you work toward putting everything together in the final assessment.

    • Step 1: Download and save the .
    • Step 2: Answer the questions on the top of the template:
      • What is your chosen organization?
      • What are the mission and vision statements for your organization?
      • What type of organizational structure makes sense for this organization and why?
      • Identify the key components included in your organization’s code of ethics. Then write a paragraph detailing the ethical principles these components represent. Are there any others you think are missing that are commonly found in a code of ethics and why would they be important for your chosen organization?
      • Include the references where you found the above information.
    • Step 3: Write 34 paragraphs using POETS.
      • In the first paragraph, identify the key elements of mission and vision statements and include what those statements are for your chosen organization.
      • In the next paragraph, identify what organizational structure would be ideal for your chosen organization and why using the readings.
      • Finally, after identifying the key components of your organization’s code of ethics, write a paragraph explaining the ethical principles commonly found in an organizational code of ethics and why they are important for your chosen organization.

Challenge: Attempt APA for your references. You will need to complete the APA citations for the final part of the assessment (in Assessment 4), so include them now and get feedback!
