As Professor Kroger mentioned in , the demands on you will likely increase as you progress in your leadership journey. Now is a good time to consider your current habits related to time and energy management and work on developing and refining your abilities and practices related to delegation, scheduling, compartmentalizing, and recharging.
- Identify your greatest strength related to time and energy managementit can be in one of the four areas listed above or in another area. Then, share at least one practice you have found to be effective in making you successful in this aspect of time and energy management.
- Identify your greatest weakness related to time and energy management. Again, it can be about delegation, scheduling, compartmentalizing, and recharging or in another area where you feel you are not functioning well when it comes to your time and energy. Share at least one idea for a concrete step that you could take to improve in this area.
