Creat a discussion post for me.

For this discussion:

Think of the unit managers job and how information technology can be used by the manager to improve workflow and safety and improve care while reducing cost.

• Find an article (must be from a peer-reviewed journal) related to staffing/delegation and its role in patient safety. Post the article title at the top of your discussion board. The article should be from the last 5 years and come from a nursing journal.
• Discuss the important findings and how you could use this information as a nurse manager and leader to impact your healthcare organization.
• Discuss the advancements in information technology as they relate to healthcare, the challenges, benefits of the advancements in information technology in the healthcare system.
• Review at least one other student’s article and discuss the students’ findings.

Don’t forget to give your citations and references, especially the citation and reference for your article. Provide a total of two scholarly sources for your initial post and two for your peer response.
