Section 3: Facility Risk Review
- Do an onsite inspection of the facility. A detailed list of all hazards and safety concerns will be produced. These concerns will then be prioritized by importance and a list of recommendations for alleviating each problem will be generated. Bring a camera and take pictures (photos or slides) of hazards as well as examples of good features of the facility.
- A report will be written for the organization’s administrators. This should include at least some background information, the findings of the survey, and a prioritized list of safety problems with specific recommendations for addressing each. Include a review of existing signage throughout the facility, and recommend additional signage needed.
- A safety check list will then be developed for use in future inspections. Also recommend a schedule for the periodic inspections.
- If appropriate, study, critique, and make recommendations for facility security and access control.
Section 4: Emergency Action Plan
- Identify at least three emergency situations that are most likely to occur and develop emergency response plans for each. Include all documentation and forms that are to be used.
The facility is the Delray Beach Open (ATP).
