What is a GLC in Malaysia?

A public listed Malaysian government linked company with active interest in five primary sectors of the Malaysian economy, namely plantation, property & industrial, pharmaceutical, heavy industries, and trading, finance & investment need to come out with new strategies in improve their services like in term of product and distribution strategies. Therefore, as a member of the new management team, you have been given the responsibility of recommending how or what the product/service/idea and distribution strategies should develop.

Notes: Choose one GLC company.

Choose ONE (1) big company or well-known company, then identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of that company. Once you have decided which company to choose, you are required to mention the name of the company to the lecturer to avoid the redundancy between the other students. You are required to present Power Point slides and WRITE your assignments between 10 page. You will be given 10 minutes each for presentation. Submit both assessment soft copy at LMS.
