    • Include the following for each technique: What It Is, Why It Works, and How to Try It.
    • What It Is: Briefly describe the technique, so others understand what it involves.
    • Why It Works: Explain how this technique helps reduce or manage stress, based on research
    • How to Try It: Offer simple, practical suggestions someone could use to try this technique in everyday life.
